Fantastic place!

This place is incredible. Beautiful, great staff, and great location. The breakfasts are lovely, and the rooms are furnished with antiques and beautiful paintings. The gardens are lovely. There are lots of wineries and charming restaurants within a 15 minute drive.

Hi... We are 2 couples planning our trip to Portugal next year . Please can you tell us how far you are from Lamego and Pinhão? Also do you have air conditioned rooms and standing showers. Thank you Regards Robyn

Hi, thanks for your question, We are just 2 Km from Regua, 8 km from Lamego and 25 km from Pinhão. All these roads are very beautiful and are worthwhile to do slowly, enjoying the views and stopping in two or three Quintas to taste some Port and table wines. All the apartments (Adelaide, Carolina and Isabel) have air conditioned, the twin and double rooms dont. Regarding showersm, all the bathrooms in all rooms have tube and standing showers (combined). If you have any other question do not hesitate to contact us, hope to see you next year in Azenha. Regards, Manuel

We are very interested in staying here mid-May. We will have a rental car but definitely prefer to walk to dinner. Have read that Quinta Pacheca is walking distance for dinner? Anywhere else? Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, thank you for your question. Quinta da Pacheca is close, buts its not walking distance for everyone. Its more or less 2 Km distance. Close to Pacheca you have also Tourais, that serve meals. You also have the SIx Senses hotel (also 2 km) and the city of Regua, just 3 Km from Azenha, with several good options. We dont have a "professional" restaurant in Azenha, but if you ask in advance (1 day before) we will be happy to serve you a typical meal at Casa da Azenha. Best regards, hoping to see you in May!
