The hotel was ok, not too far from the centre (like 15 min walking untill you reach the main plaza), the staff is very nice and friendly. We could even keep our luggage for half of the day after the check out, while we were still in the centre of the city. The balconies could be cleaner, and the walls...

2 nights stay for 40€... about 20 min walk from the center and about 100 m from supermarket and the metro... this was the winning combination! room was spacious, and even had one extra bed we didn't use.. it was clean but it needs a face lift.. a damp was all over bathroom ceiling and the wall was starting to...

As soon as we arrived at this strange, strange place, we noticed the entire downstairs covered in Christmas decorations, in August! Then, we went to the reception, a fabulous place decorated with stuffed foxes and portaits of the Pope. Then, en route to the room, we passed a series of horror movie style children's dolls either decapitated or with their...

I wasn't expecting a room that was suitable for a brothel, not that I have anything against rooms suitable for a brothel. There were more mirrors than the Hall of mirrors at Madame Tussaud's. So the 200 of me, reflected in the mirrors, will write this review. For the price the place was fine, a much larger, better equipped room...

Thank you for your evaluation. It is important to refer that the type of room you had is only one of two of that category (with mirrors in the ceiling). All the other rooms are very standard as you can check in our photos.

Cost: although cheap, there are far nicer places that could be stayed in for the money. If you aren't too picky and just want a comfy bed then it's worth the money. The good points: the bed was comfortable, there was air conditioning, a wardrobe and an ensuit. The person who greeted us was friendly and helpful. Our room was...

The residence is located in an area that is friendly and safe. The interior is simple and nice. The fair price means fair service, fair room and fair bathroom. Wi-Fi is less than fair. The best point, after sleeping, you will have more money to enjoy the town.

This was by far one of the best places where i stayed. Whenever i need to go to porto for a trip, i always stay at Monte Carlo. Central part, wifi, great bathroom, and a great room. Definitely compared to a 5star hotel when it comes to comfort.

The area around the hotel is unprepossessing but friendly and safe. The interior of the guest housel has been nicely restored recently. There is no reception service as such but ringing the bell brings a member of staff quickly. Our room was small and basic but perfectly clean and adequate. The metro station is a fifty metre walk away but...
