I stayed for 2 nights on this hotel last summer. Excellent rooms, good breakfast and very supportive crew. Only complain in the lack of in hotel park facility, but there is a public park building close by.

This was a two day stop for me following a break to the Azores. Due to a delayed flight, check in was late but staff were so accommodating and polite despite me arriving late. The hotel room was immaculately clean. A hairdryer, ironing board and iron all in the room. Internet was included at the property. The bed was so comfortable and I slept so well after roaming around the city. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices and polite staff. The hotel itself was ideally located to explore on foot and close to all amenities. I can’t wait to return here.

This is a well run property in a great location - you can walk to most places in the city. Staff are friendly and efficient - rooms are fine and nicely decorated. It's also very good value. Breakfast looked good but I didn't have time to try as was on an early flight.

A nice room, conveniently located a few minutes from the metro, including the line to the airport. About a 15-20 minute walk to the bridge, Ponte Luis, with restaurants and coffeehouses in the immediate area. Breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room is best suited for short stays, as there isn't closet space to unpack. All-in-all, excellent value for the money.

Check inn service: Good. Neat & more spacious rooms. The outlets look good. All information and advice was clear. I would like to thank personally the Front office department. A reliable and cheerful employees. It was really enough for me to stay at this nice hotel with a high service level. Keep it up! Excellent.
