Great experience, Bruno went the extra mile making us feel as we were at home. Overall has been great even within this strange circumstances we are going through Covid. Hotel was completely clean and very well managed.
In few words, the hotel has great staff and service. Amazing quality and superb details! We were very satisfied on both stays and will be coming back soon. The last floor rooms are outstanding, perfectly magical!
Everything was perfect, spacious and modern room, copious breakfast, beautiful swimming pool (even with the restriction we always have been able to go to the swimming pool with a reservation) Service was very good, the staff is very nice and everyone is doing their best with this period to make it the most confortable as possible.
It is a fantastic Hotel and the staff is very friendly and attentive Excellent facilities, the pool is definitely a positive aspect. The rooms are very comfortable. the hotel is very well located in the center of Porto. An experience to repeat in the near future!
Nice hotel in the city centre of Porto´s downtown. Excellent location for tourists, not so good if you're on a business trip. I stayed during covid-19 restrictions and the hotel was not running at his maximum. nevertheless, I had a good experience. Took the Superior deluxe room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. The room seems a lot bigger in the hotel photos than it actually is. Would prefer a little more space inside but it´s ok. Liked the decoration and comfort. The big rounded mirror near the bed has an excellent TV inside and it´s really amazing how it works so well as a mirror and as a TV. The weather was not great, very cloudy and rainy, but that did not prevent me to use the jacuzzi when I wanted. 37,5 degrees during the 24h of the day. Breakfast was some kind limited due to Covid safety measures. Didn´t use the swimming pool, garden or gym but they look quite good. Parking is very easy to access although it can get full very quickly (i should say 15 to 20 cars max.). finally, the staff was very friendly (reception, breakfast and dinner staff). On the negative side, I should point to the fact that Room Service was not available. I really do not see a good reason for that since the hotel has breakfast and restaurant service, why not just send a person to deliver it?…
