A 4 stars hotel with amazing price and everything you need. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, TV, Locker, a lot of space,a great breakfast and HUGE location! Don’t have enough words to explain this amazing experience. Americans will love it as me
This hotel is more a four than a three star. Excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, buses and metro. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, and always with a smile on their face. I was spending my birthday with my wife. In the evening when I got back to my room, I was surprised to find a bottle of champagne and two slices of lemon cheesecake complete with a candle. A very nice gesture by the management and staff. I highly recommend this hotel and classify it as nothing but 'superb'
I had booked 2 rooms and paid over the phone with our company debit card. I have been told payment was successful! When we arrived at the reception the receptionist (Marco) was checking our passport and preparing the keys. Then he asked for the card we used to pay. As its the card of the company I did not have it with me so he refused to give us the keys!!!! I explained all and mentioned that his colleague at the reservation centre said it was OK. He didn't want to arrange us. I offered to pay cash for the first night so I will sorted the next day with my company. He said yes and then retract! I stayed at this hotel several times! I was devastated! Never had in 27 years of business trip such an experience! I will make sure that this hotel will be badly rated!!!!
Well located clean hotel for either work or sightseeing in Porto. I was here initially for work nearby then my partner joined me. Good, clean well maintained bed room, although the shower head was in need of maintenance. Breakfast was varied and good throughout the stay.
We stayed here for four nights and were very satisfied. Our room was comfortable, clean and reasonably spacious, the beds were comfortable and everything worked well although the laminate floor (rather than carpet) gave it a slightly spartan feel. Staff were helpful and friendly with useful local information on the front desk. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food which was constantly replenished and varied from day to day. Location is reasonable – about 10 mins walk to Casa da Musica metro station and about 25 mins walk to the city centre. There is also a decent supermarket in the nearby shopping mall – handy for water, fruit etc for days out
