We had never been in Porto! Our frist welcome in the in patio guesthouse made us feel welcome. We did a foodtour which was great thanks to our guide Sid (blue dragon). In guesthouse in patio you feel a warm welcome thanks to Olga, who makes every evening fresh backed cake for in the morning. Fresh fruits, ham and cheese...

My family and I re-visited InPatio, having previously visited the wonderful city of Porto back in February. There is not a lot more that I can add to the many superlatives that have been written before; I can only add that we have stayed in a number of guest houses and hotels across the world and InPatio is far and...

All the reviews are true! Olga and Fernando are the perfect hosts, rooms are spotless and well appointed, breakfasts are sensational, location is right in the middle of everything and only a block from the river, parking garage is across street and is 1/2 price staying at In Patio, property is beautifully restored and decorated, and gifts of cakes and...

This guest house was one of the highlights of our Portugal trip. Very helpful hosts, Olga & Fernando - nothing was too much trouble to organize for us from printing timetables to making excellent restaurant bookings. The location is central but rooms are not noisy as it is set back from the street Our room was beautifully furnished & breakfast...

This guest house is a special treat. The owners, a young couple, are doing this for just a few years and are still very excited about their business and very willing to please their guests. The guest house is very modern, nicely furnished inside a renovated centuries old building. The building itself is inside a little courtyard, removed from the...

Let me second the opinion of other people, stating that Olga and Fernando are wonderful hosts with the warmth and friendliness a traveler could only dream of. They really understand what hospitality business is all about. And if you add to that prime location in a charming fully renovated building, fantastic breakfasts and so on and so forth, the choice...

This is amongst the top B&B/Guest Houses I have ever stayed at. Olga and Fernando were ideal hosts, extremely helpful, and made the visit to Porto a delight. The breakfasts were amazing, the rooms very comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for sight seeing. We ended staying at another top rated property after staying here, and we wish...

We were very fortunate to be given a holiday to Porto off our daughter. She and her partner traveled with myself and my husband for a one week stay at InPatio Guest House, Porto. All of the reviews that praise the InPatio and Fernando and Olga are 100% accurate. They are the perfect hosts and are a wealth of information...

This is the most amazing guest house with the most wonderful hosts! Fernando and Olga are the kindest, most helpful and willing hosts of anywhere we have ever stayed. Nothing was too much trouble and their wealth of local information was perfect. As for their breakfasts! Just wonderful! It was the perfect stay! We really hope that we manage to...

This is a beautifully converted old stone house run by a delightful young couple, for whom nothing seems too much trouble (full breakfast at 6.45 am for your flight home? no problem!). It's a haven of peace right in the middle of the old town, just to one side of the Ribeira and Barredo districts, and easily walkable from the...
