We received a very warm welcome from the staff at Casa dos Loios. Paula was particularly helpful & Fabio had lots of good advice about where to eat & what to see. We stayed in a simple double room which was excellent value for money and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. Other more spacious rooms are available in this...

Friendly and knowledgeable staff make this a great little hotel very close to Sao Bento station. Hot and strong shower with a large and comfortable bed is what you will get here. Good breakfast as well.

We spent a few nights in Porto & enjoyed our stay here - the staff is extremely friendly & knowledgeable and happy to give recommendations. The central location makes this a great base for walking around the city. The breakfast is quite good, as well!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had at least 3 persons on duty over our wonderfully sunnyXmas stay in Porto, and all of them were exceptional. Good English, very helpful, all yours. The hotel is a well crafted idea, small in scale with a human touch, very charming and user friendly, plus the location is unbeatable. There were minor difficulties...

Yes, it's possible to go to Porto and feel like a guest in an aristocratic downtown house! Better said: if we stay at Casa dos Loios - Guesthouse, by Shiadu Group - in Rua das Flores (next to the famous Estação de São Bento and Avenida dos Aliados...) - we get the XVIII and XIX centuries historic, social an cultural...

Great property at the heart of the Old Town. Tastefully modernised to a high standard, with loads of nooks & crannies full of paintings, typewriters & other artefacts. Charming & informed staff, happy to help & give advice, as well as offer an excellent breakfast with eggs cooked to order & a smorgasboard of other options. We stayed in a...

This place is a gem! Paula is such a sweet hostess and incredibly helpful. The room is clean and cozy. We had a nice patio view , the only negative is the wifi didn't work well in the room. The staff was very helpful and fixed the problem immediately. Parking is close to the hotel ( it took us one...

Located in a deceivingly large old building, this stylish hotel is in a perfect location. Staff are young and eager to help - with good advice on where to go. Breakfast is very good . Highly recommended.

Pretty central location in old town Porto. The building(s) have retained their character and have been thoughtfully converted. The staff are friendly and professional. Recommended. If we could change some trivial things: the minibar fridge in our room did not get could enough (even after adjustment), on some mornings it took more than a minute for hot water to flow...
