So cosy and quaint hotel, I stayed there with my family for three nights and it was flawless. The hotel is at a good place, near to aliados avenue, majestic coffee, São Bento station as well as to few minutes by foot from Ribeira port. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. There's no parking.

The location is fantastic! Central and convenient, near many attractions and the metro transportation. There is a parking for your car in the same street, close to the hotel. You can visit most of the central attractions by foot. The staff is kind and the building is curious and unique as a hotel. The breakfast is excellent! Porto is a...

We stayed two nights and had a pleasant experience. Old hotel but very clean. Good and fresh complimentary breakfast, no hot dishes but good quality of items. Free wifi, efficient front desk agents and most importantly, walking distance to most attractions. I gave it a 5* because of the price, cleanliness, food and great location.

We stayed here for two nights and what an experience! It is a museum and reminder of childhood days with displays of household appliances from the 50's and play equipment like the kids bus and the dodgem cars spread around the floors. Even a petrol bowser at one of the floors. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well serviced....

My room was a single room and therefore, it was super tiny, so tiny that I could not even have my suitcase open. Breakfast was average with the same thing everyday. The location, however, was good as it was only 10 minutes walk from Sao Bento train station. But beware that it is situated on a slope so this 10...

Arrived very early for check in but reception staff took are suitcases and pointed us to a cafe to have breakfast. The hotel is situated in a great location for walking round the city. Breakfast is included and a good plus.I would define recommend this hotel if you want some where central and convenient.

Excellent location, bus routes very close, restaurants & cafes minutes away. The room was spacious, clean and functional. The bed was large but too hard for us. The mini-fridge was too noisy. The biggest problem was noise from other rooms above and the corridor. We were on the fifth floor at the back, so no road noise. Quirky features around...

Booked a double room on short notice online, service and reception were really friendly and keen to help (find restaurant, city sights etc.), received a free upgrade. Decoration in 50s-style, lots of old stuff, really nice to look at. Nice place!

The staff was very nice and we felt like we were welcome there. They also stored our luggage after our visit for one day as we explored the city. The room was awesome. They had air-conditioning in the bedroom which was nice in the heat of August. They also had a bath tub in the bathroom which we were happy...

I really enjoyed my two day stay at this hotel. I was beyond impressed with the receptionist, who was so friendly, helpful and did a great job at multi tasking. She was checking us in while answering another guest's questions. She helped us look up train schedules, gave us directions to the station, explained the city map, etc. Our hotel...
