Location OK, price acceptable - if the room had been significantly better. But it was not. To main problems: Not much hot water in the bathroom zink. Extremely noisy ventilation system working all nigt - the switch on the wall broken and dismantled.

Never had clean sheets over our stay- said to receptionists countless times. Female receptionist extremely rude and unhelpful. Only nice receptionist was a guy in glasses. My make up was stolen and the lady receptionists didn't care. Questioning whether they actually clean the sheets between guest visits. When we checked in our room had plastic and rubbish still in it....

At the price I got it for, this hotel met my expectations. It's nicely refurbished and the rooms were fine. The beds were so soft and comfortable, great sleep! I would say it's on the mid-higher level of a budget hotel. Don't bother looking for a view from the rooms though. Location wise, it's about a 20-30min walk to the...

I was pleasantly surprised with our room considering how inexpensive it was. The room was very spacious, tons of tv channels, strong wifi, and comfortable beds. The location is about a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station to the south and about 10 minutes from the Brussels Nord train-station. The walk from Brussels Nord to the hotel, at...

Spent a saterday afternoon and sunday morning in this hotel. The night I spend somewhere else. We walked from the Central Station to the hotel, a 20 minutes walk wich was nice. The hotel is not to big. The room we had, on the first floor, was small but everything we needed was there: a comfortable bed with nice pillows,...

Staff very helpful with any issues. Car Park just around the corner, around a 3 minute walk, and very accessible (even with a high car). Rooms were small and compact but had everything needed, and very comfortable beds. Coffee machine in lobby for coffee / tea / hot chocolate / milk at any time of day and night and a...

It's near Botanic, the underground and the gardens, so check on a map where you want to be. But it is walkable or good tram/underground links to get around eg to expo is direct at about half an hour and on same line for Eurostar. The staff are helpful, the room was clean, the cleaners were friendly. It is basic...

For starters, the location is not too bad - the tram lines 92 and 93 have stops right outside the hotel. The stop is called Gillon. The staff is friendly. The bathrooms were clean and bed was comfortable. There is a super market close by (Express). Now to the bad parts of our experience. The air conditioner and intercom didn't work,...

Its a budget hotel so don't expect too much. Value for money and very basic. Rooms were small to our likings. If you want to stay for 1 or 2 day then its fine but not for longer stay. Staff was helpful, location is in middle of Brussels North station and Grand Place. Take bus 65/66 from Brussels central station...
