Loved it! Amazing wifi in the room. Free breakfast. Really nice staff and decent priced port and airport transfers. The rooms are also really nice and you get exactly what the website says. Our room had 4 beds and we only needed 3 so we got more than we even needed. The staff was really helpful too. I loved it...

Whilst the hotel is comfortable, the rooms do require a bit of TLC especially in the bathrooms. The breakfasts are adequate and plentiful but somewhat samy. The lifts are tiny and if you have luggage are a bit compact to say the least. Free wifi is available and functional. The reception and bar staff are exceptional and help whenever it is...

I booked this hotel with Bestwestern online due to being familiar with their hotels in the USA and figuring they would at lest be kept up to a similar standard, and because it was across the street from the National Archeological Museum. The staff were friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The room itself and the breakfast were...

First off, I should say that I travel a great deal and have stayed in hotels of all sorts. This particular stay was undoubtedly the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had in terms of the location. The estimate of "550 meters from the metro" was overly optimistic on the hotel's part. But more importantly, the neighborhood rapidly declined block by...

We stayed in this hotel last week and found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean with good sound proofing. We had a lovely balcony with view and it was good to be a bit out of the centre and eat with the locals. The only downsides were lack...

I stayed two nights at this hotel in Athens. The hotel is pretty nice but it's not in the best area. It's close to the museum (hence the name) but its a bit of a walk to the metro station to get to the acropolis. There was a fairly cute pedestrian street with lots of restaurants a few blocks away....

To be positive first, the staff were great and friendly. The public areas were pleasant and very clean. Breakfast was better than some other hotels offer so this was good. Computers and printer freely available for use. On the negative side is that our room was very small, as was the basic shower. The breakfast room was chilly and quite...

At 10-15 minutes walk from the touristic area. It's not located in the finest streets of Athens but we had no sense of insecurity and the hotel is excellent!. Large and clean rooms. Correct breakfast. Very attentive staff.

Positives First. The hotel was clean and the front desk helpful. Welcomed us on our honeymoon with a bottle of champagne in the room (though I had no note so had to go down and clarify if it was a gift or if we would be charged). Behind the National Arch Museum, so conveniently located to bust stops and restaurants....

The hotel is conveniently located on the street adjacent to the National Archaeological Museum. The rooms were nice and the staff was very attentive. However please note that an extra bed in the triple sharing option is a sofa bed. They have a free 24 hr orange juice service which was an added bonus after a long day of walking....

Staying in Exarchia

Neighbourhood Profile
Exarchia is in many ways Athens’ best-kept secret, discovered by relatively few international visitors. Located behind the main University and Polytechnic buildings, it is unsurprisingly home to many students, intellectuals and politicos. This is reflected in the area’s vibrant street art and graffiti, which seems to cover almost every inch of wall space. Some of the best Athenian tavernas are located here, as well as its most alternative bars and underground music venues. You'll find political bookshops and quirky stores here, yet it is also a neighborhood inhabited by families and older folk. On Saturdays, punks and grandmothers alike head for Kallidromiou Street, nestled below Strefi Hill, to pick up fresh produce at the traditional laiki agora (street market).
