Good breakfast & I recommend to anyone with kids or without.
The location of the hotel is good, very near to Syntagma Square with lots of nice shopping around and quite close to bus stops and the metro.
The room was quite average with everything you might need for a short stay.

This is a great hotel because it is located right in the centre of Athens, with the most magnificent view of Acropolis. We were there for 3 nights, stayed on the 8th floor and the reception helped us a lot to plan our visit.
Very good accommodation with excellent service.
In the Centre of Athens, with access to Metro and Busses so you can visit the whole city at ease.
Decent Breakfast, friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to keep customers happy.

Perhaps the best place to get your bearings is Syntagma Square, crowned by the imposing Parliament building on its upper side and surrounded by other large structures, such as the exclusive Hotel Grande Bretagne. The grand avenues that lead towards Omonia are also full of massive Neoclassical edifices like the Numismatic Museum and those around smaller Platia Kolokotroni. Here you will find lots of travel agents,
bookshops and fashion shops, especially on Ermou Street. Just south of Syntagma Square, you can take a breather in the lush National Gardens, which extend into the grounds of the Zappeio palace and beyond to the ancient Temple of Olympian Zeus.
Hi my girlfriend and I will be going to stay in astor hotels and we will arrive Piraeus at late night (around 1130pm from ferry). Besides of catching a cab, is there any other safe way to get to the hotel that late? From the internet it sounds like the metro green line is not that safe at night while I'm quite not sure about the situation of the neighborhood around the hotel at late night... Or is there any pick up service able to be offered by the hotel? Thank you!

Taxi is always a good idea late at night but in my opinion I found the neighborhood safe since we went out late at night with no problems.
