On first glances you think OMG as the area around the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. However, the hotel is very welcoming and has lovely staff. The rooms are spacious and even have a shower curtain, a luxury in a Greek hotel and I have stayed in many. The food is great for breakfast and the views from...

A very well run hotel, close to all the major sights. The owners are incredibly kind people. When we had an issue with a troublesome neighbour, they were happy to move us to another room. And on learning that we would leave early on our last morning to catch a ferry, they offered to prepare us a take-away breakfast for...

Excellent location, don't be perturbed by the immediate location. Situated around the corner is the dinning and wine bar quarter of the city. All the major sites are easy to get to from here. Hotel itself is typical Greek and good for the price point. Daily maid service, fresh linen, fridge and safe all provided. Recommend as a good base...

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. Despite of the busy neighborhood, the room was silent, comfortable - the staff was helpful. It was funny to see the non smoking sign on the elevator and the ashtray in it. :) Great breakfast - with delicious Greek cheese and olives.

The hotel is very nice and the location is great, only 500-600 metre from Monastiraki Square. The rooms are big, comfortable and quiet. Everyday they clean the room. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the rooftop is amazing. The staff is very polite and nice. I definitely recommend Evripides Hotel and i will sure return in March.

I travelled there with my partner and q.5year old child. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was also very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Theye even provided me with a sleeping cot for my baby! Hotel location is somewhat deserted in quite a dirty area of Athens. On the plus side, it was of walking...

Honest, clean and very convenient location. Staff at reception is not always helpful and not always nice. Any thing outside of ordinary seems to bother the night staff. Does not make effort or even excuses to understand anything outside of greek or english...staff at terrasse bar and breakfast is much nicer

The hotel's amenities are average. The room is clean and you can get one with a nice view over the city, if you request so. The breakfast is not spectacular and the neighborhood is quite strange. There is a 10 minute walk to the city center.

I had a heart attack while in Athens, and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful to my wife who stayed at the hotel while I was in hospital. The facilities are excellent, with a/c, fridge, TV and Wi-Fi. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the prints on the walls well-chosen. A large balcony overlooks the Acropolis...
