Rooms are well appointed, especially the Level Experience rooms. Roof pool and sky bar are spectacular with stunning view of the Acropolis. Service is very responsive. Sky restaurant is romantic and vwey good food though make sure you reserve.

We stayed here for one night in June, on our way to Santorini. The room was lovely and had modern features, which we found quite comfortable. The best part of this hotel was the rooftop SkyLounge which made us wish that we were staying another night. On the roof there is a large pool, a bar, and multiple tables where...

We stayed in the executive suit while passing through Athens in 2015 with our toddler. Nice hotel, not too expensive and one of the only places available for our late booking. Comfortable rooms with a nice breakfast. Good location, 1 train station stop from the major sights at Athens. There is also an extremely nice bakery just around the corner...

Lovely hotel, staff very attentive and friendly, rooms cleaned and new towels provided everyday. Pool on roof lovely although never enough sunbeds. One of the pillowcases in my room had a large black mark on it so I returned it to the maid who provided a new one no problem. My bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was lovely! Hotel...

We enjoyed our short stay In the Melia hotel. The situation is perfect for visiting the archaeological Museum. The rooftop bar has a very pleasant views all over the city. The bedroom was comfortable and clean and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. I would look forward to using the hotel again when visiting Athens.

The location is central, however not in the nicest part of town. The rooftop bar/pool is great and has fantastic views of the Acropolis and Lycabetus. The breakfast was a Standard Business Hotel breakfast. The Staff were very friendly, Constantine was particularly helpful and always ready to recommend an activity, place to visit or restaurant.

We regrettably stayed here for 1 night. The room didn't have AC, and they charged us for water. Typically every hotel that we stay in offers you water, but not this hotel. They also didn't offer us coffee stand. Also, if you stay here, note that this place is in the "red-light district", so don't go out roaming around that...

Staying in Exarchia

Neighbourhood Profile
Exarchia
Exarchia is in many ways Athens’ best-kept secret, discovered by relatively few international visitors. Located behind the main University and Polytechnic buildings, it is unsurprisingly home to many students, intellectuals and politicos. This is reflected in the area’s vibrant street art and graffiti, which seems to cover almost every inch of wall space. Some of the best Athenian tavernas are located here, as well as its most alternative bars and underground music venues. You'll find political bookshops and quirky stores here, yet it is also a neighborhood inhabited by families and older folk. On Saturdays, punks and grandmothers alike head for Kallidromiou Street, nestled below Strefi Hill, to pick up fresh produce at the traditional laiki agora (street market).
