We stayed here for 5 days in January and we really enjoyed it. The hotel location is very good, 5 minutes walking to Larrisa metro station and to Larrisa railway station. The area is pretty quiet and safe. You can get to Monastiraki very easily, by metro , in 10 or 15 minutes, depending on the time the metro comes....

I stayed here at the end of May 2013 for a week. Marvellous stay. I was a solo traveller, working in the city. Usually I like to stay right in the thick of things, preferring always to be in walking distance of the city centre. Hotel Diethnes is not within walking distance (you could probably do it in 45 mins)...

C1 ( 2013.08.22 ) Hotel per price was very good. The staff was very kind, and they want to help us everytime. Room was good, and everything was good for me. But hotel surroundings was not good. The market was so far from hotel, and was very different atmosphere from in the middle of city. Except surrounding, all was good.

I stayed here 8 nights in August. As a solo woman traveler I felt completely cared for, safe and comfortable. The place is quirky with a selection of nic-nacs lining the stairs and hallways. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I was greeted everyday with a smile by everyone including the cleaning ladies. The 2 ladies on reception are...

We had mixed feelings towards this hotel. The building itself is lovely and the location is convenient as there is free parking and also it is very close to a metro stop and only around 10 minutes to the centre of Athens. We booked a four person room and upon arrival found ourselves in a room that seemed to originally...

The hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet street, just off Larissa Station square, so getting there and subsequently around Athens is easy: metro and loads of buses are a minute away. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful (although the night staff seems to enjoy wine a bit too much). The room we stayed in (family and...

Diethens is a great budget hotel, which is perfectly located 300 meters away from the Metro station and 10 minutes away from the Victoria square. The price for a room is too low comparing with other 2 star hotels, so it is perfect if you are looking for a low cost, high standard place to stay for some nights. My...
