Basic inexpensive rooms in a very convenient location for the ferries including the boat that goes to Santorini at 7.25 each morning. Pleasant staff. Easy check in - they prefer cash rather than cards. I've stayed twice and both times requested a non-smoker room, but both rooms smelled v strongly of cigarette, but so many people smoke in Greece, it...

At reception we found one nervous young lady who does'n have patience to hear us. The room is 7/10 clean, small, and a lot of noise from outside, even is the road or your neighbors. We stayed in Piraeus in Achillion hotel, much better, for the price lowest and especially for the clean room, and just 300 m forward.

We were here only for a night to catch a 7am vessel the next day. We arrived at 11:30pm. Staff at the reception was very nice. Got us settled down and helped us with our big luggage to the elevator. The room is the bare minimum, but for the price we have paid, it was expected. There was bright light...

Ideally located at Piraeus port for catching a ferry to the islands, at rock bottom prices, but do not expect anything but a basic service. No running water during my last stay, no attempt made by staff to supply even an emergency bottle for shaving or washing.

The location to catch the ferry is excellent. 1 block. Nice people at the desk. Room was very small. Hotel is old, dated, though clean. Next time, we will stay in Athens and take a taxi. The elevator is tiny, the hallways are not air conditioned.

We needed a hotel near the port to catch an early a.m. ferry. Sorry to say it but...what a mistake. While the staff was friendly & helpful, the room was so hot (a.c. very poor on a 97 degree day) we had to get up in the middle of the night to walk the streets and cool off. The room...

If your flight arrives too late to get a sea crossing to one of the islands, and you have to wait until the following day, the Acropole is perfect for your overnight stay. It is only about 50 metres from the port. We have stayed on a number of 1-night occasions and it has been fine - clean etc..For a...

I had an unplanned stop in Piraeus area due to the Metro employees strike. The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the bus stop, couple banks, the currency exchange office, and ferry terminals. The room was Ok for a one-night stay in that area.
