Everything people are writing about the hospitality and value at this place is absolutely true. A lot of hotels claim that they treat guests like family. Nobody at Pitho says it; they don't have to because they actually behave like it thoroughly and completely. It's a great value for a fairly touristy town. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The...

George and Vicky have been running 'The Pitho Rooms' successfully for a number of years. They have a wonderful, small hotel which is spotlessly clean, very well run and extremely reasonable. They also both speak very good English which meant that I could call them up to confirm details when I needed too. They are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating...

George is a model host. We arrived late and he waited for us, he also called a local restaurant to confirm they were open and advise we were on our way. He gave us maps and excellent tips on places to visit we didn’t see during our planning. There are no designated parking spaces but we had no problems finding...

Pitho Rooms is a great place to stay while visiting the sites in Delphi. George and Vicky are wonderful hosts. The complimentary breakfast features fresh local yogurt and homemade cakes and spreads. Although our room and shower were somewhat tight, the room was spotless, beds comfy and the well-appointed, recently renovated building makes a short stay quite pleasant (we stayed...

My wife and i stayed at the Pitho Rooms the first week in May to visit the Greek ruins in Delphi. Our room was very comfortable and in a great location convenient to walk to shops, restaurants and the ruins of Delphi. The owner, George, was very helpful with directions and recommendations on places to eat. The breakfasts were very...

My husband and I stayed at Pitho for one night and it was our favorite place we stayed during our adventure to Greece! George was a fantastic host, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the shop below run by George and Vicky was also very nice (we bought a few souvenirs). I would stay here again in a heart...

We stayed one night at this place. It happened to be Easter. The host is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Wifi was super fast. Kind of a homely b&b with an intimate feel. Located right in town. Parking on the street can be tight. Would stay here again.

Our room was perfect for our family of 3. George was super accommodating, saving us a parking space, recommending local restaurants and a nearby excursion. He anticipated all of our questions about the opening times of the Temple of Apollo. Breakfast was good.

Comfortable stay at Pitho Rooms for our short visit to Delphi. George and Vicky were very welcoming, approachable and friendly. I especially love how George shares stories from other travellers with us. Room and breakfast spread was good. We even had a beautiful balcony attached! Parking was along the roadside No lifts for this family-run hotel, so smaller luggage would...
