Villa Andromeda is a boutique hotel in a residential area just outside Chania Old Town. You can walk into the centre of the Old Town in 15 minutes. The hotel has a pleasant garden with a swimming pool and also it has its own private parking. There are restaurants nearby. There are wonderful views across the bay to Chania Old...

My affection for this place and the people who run it is what keeps my wife and I coming back whenever we are in Chania. Those interested in reading the kudos I offered 7 years ago when we last stayed here are welcome to review my comments although the only things that have changed are that Barbara is no longer...

This 8 suite hotel has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Crete - very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is full of character and the rooms are elegant and well equipped, in a good location with lovely views. We stayed in a split level suite at the front with lovely sea view, one person on the sofa...

The photographs of Villa Andromeda on this site don't really do it justice. The hotel is right on the sea, with beautiful views and a smart entrance from the coastal road. Parking is secure and just round the back of the hotel, so incredibly convenient. The pool and garden area to the rear are peaceful and elegant (the pool is...

We found Villa Andromeda randomly online and after reading the positive reviews decided to book a room for our visit to Chania. From the initial reservation to further follow-up emails the service was personalized and excellent. We had no issues finding it using our GPS and followed the directions to their private parking (big advantage if in Chania). Upon arrival...

Terrific welcome from delightful owner and her staff with choice of breakfast locations: beautiful balcony overlooking sea; fantastic landscaped garden: or our cool bedroom and suite. 1870's villa sensitively modernised for the comfort of guests with sea view. Clean luxurious and only 16 minutes walk from Chania harbour.

What a beautiful property Villa Andromeda is! Formerly, the German Embassy, the villa is immaculately and tastefully furnished with charming and authentic old-world elegance. The rooms are luxurious (but affordable) and a joy to stay in and the views from the balcony (one of the places where you can take breakfast) are absolutely stunning; especially at sunset. Proprietress, Athena is...

We didn’t want to be in the centre of town but didn’t want to have to get a taxi or take the car either so this place was perfect. A 20 minute stroll along the path by the sea gets you to the harbour where there are lots of restaurants. It is also on the quieter end of them. Walking...

Villa Andromeda is a gem! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will love to come back. The whole team made our days here remarkable. The small hotel is overviewing the bay of Chania, what you can enjoy having a georgous Greek breakfast on the terrace. The rooms are airy, the beds very comfortable and the amenities are from...
