Fab hotel only 100 yards from the bus station. The room on the sixth floor was fabulous. We had intended going for the early bus to Sougia but because the hotel was so nice we decided to make use of the terrace, have a relaxing breakfast and go for the afternoon bus. The relaxing breakfast did not dissapoint. The variety...

I spent three nights at Nefeli, overall a good staying. Extreme cleanness, nice staff, good breakfast with local Crete specialties and the outstanding Greek yogurt. Very convenient position, few minutes from the charming old town and the bus station. My room also had a nice large terrace with a beautiful view. The price (over 100 euro per night) was a...

Recently returned from another lovely holiday in Chania staying at the Nefeli Hotel. We were once again very satisfied with this lovely 'in town' hotel where the staff were as usual very welcoming and always pleased to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We shall be visiting Chania again next year and will have no hesitation staying...

At the last minute, the hotel that we had booked was having repair problems and we were sent to the Nefeli Hotel as a substitute. What a lucky break for us! This hotel was very comfortable and had a friendly, helpful staff. Location was great...on the main street. Could walk everywhere...to the old town, new town, and waterfront. There was...

This hotel is very close to the central intercity bus station where the bus from the airport stops. The rooms are cosy, there is a mini bar with everything you need, and a flat tv, enouph space for clothes and clean. The bathroom is well equipped with soaps and everything and the shower has glass cabin. The best is the...

The location of the hotel was perfect. As close as possible to the central streets and old port. The hotel itself was average with poor decoration. The balcony we had although large, was exposed to the sun for the entire day so we were not able to sit outside except after late evening. In terms of cleanness was decent so...

I arrived late, entered the room, left the luggage and immediately started to go out for dinner. My first impression was not nice at all, seeing the old-fashioned carpet floor, apparently very much used. The room was dark, the air sticky. But then. later on, I discovered: well-working air-conditioning system, nice bathroom, good bed (mattress), and - surprisingly - a...

We spent 8 nights at Nefeli, deciding to extend our staying. It has been our "house" during the vacations in Crete. All the staff is very polite and professional, the room was small but clean and confortable, there is a good breakfast in the moorning and the position is close to the center.

The hotel is well located - quick walk down to the harbour - nearby restaurants - good authentic little Greek restaurant just across the street. The hotel is clean, rooms are adequate and all have balconies; those in front look down towards the Harbour area which is a ten minute walk away. Staff are very friendly helpful and kind. Breakfast...

We have just completed our 10th year in Crete of which the last 7 have been in Chania staying at the Nelfini. Needless to say we have throughly enjoyed all our holidays having been made very welcome by all the long serving staff at the hotel. In addition to being very good value for money, the hotel is ideally situated...

“I stayed on the third floor, not overlooking the main street and even though I slept with the balcony door opep, the room was quiet and restful. I also highly suggest using the city shuttle bus to transit between the city and the airport. The cost is about 6euro each way versus about 22euro for the taxi cab”
