I have been there last year with my boyfriend. We both loved it. Room is spacious with big dressing table and wardrobe. Air conditioning and free wifi provided. There is a lounge and restaurant on the terrace and ground floor. Enjoy the swimming pool in a summer season as well as the bar and live shows . Hotel is on...

Hotel location is in central Heraklion opposite Eleftherias Square and adjacent to the Archaeological Museum (which is world class and not to be missed). The hotel can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by bus from the airport (service number 1) at a cost of €1.20! Note that the bus stops in Eleftherias Square directly outside the hotel. In actual...

Rated as a 5* but more like a 2-3*. Our room had just had the floor varnished and the smell was so bad we had to demand (not request) a change. For the next 2 days, no soaps, shampoos etc in the room despite requests. Breakfast was good. Location was good for easy walking around the shops and restaurants.

With just an overnight stay until an early morning ferry departure, we needed to be near the port and the Archaeological museum. Fortunately, this hotel was also next door to the bus stop for Knossos, so we were perfectly situated to get our visits in within twelve hours. The hotel was clean and friendly, if a little dated in all...

Excellent location in the centre of Heraklion and close to the archeological museum. Rooftop pool a bonus. Service was good - quick and easy check in and check out. Comfortable room and good value option.

A centrally located, but outdated hotel with a great rooftop terrace with loud music until 1am. Breakfast is OK. Rooms are in need of a renovation (cigarette burns in carpet, toilet-seat wasn't attached properly, nor fitting very well, airco sort of working). During our visit (early Sept), there were many high school classes on an excursion. Sometimes quite present. Nothing...

Agree with other reviews that the location is perfect for a city visit. Facilities are a bit dated and lack basics such as coffee/tea maker. The dining facilities are great therefore recommend half board. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make up for any inadequacies, recommend Mr Giorgios and Yannis. The price is very...

If you want relaxation and rest, this not the hotel for you. Sound proofing is quire poor as you can hear almost all the noise from outside your room. I can hear the telephone and door banging from other rooms. If you are in the lower floors, you have the cars passing by and if you are in the top,...

If you plan on walking around Heraklion and enjoying the shops and restaurants, this is the perfect place to stay. Rooms are nice and clean, pool top terse and bar, small pool, but pool nonetheless, buffet breakfast, hospitable staff.

Nice located for a stroll through old town. The bar with the Pool is nice, Drinks are a Bit expensive. Anyway, if you go to Crete you will stay only one night in Heraklion. Just 12 Euro with Taxi to Airport.
