Althought staff was very helpfull and polite, and the lobby was renovated, the room was very-very small and not in good condition. Too hot (was on the top floor), with noisy air-condition and we found the beds rather unconfortable for a relaxinf sleep. Breakfast was very basic. wi-fi was working but in low speed.

This hotel is a great place to spend a night between connections or when visiting the Palace of Knossos. The lobby and common areas were charming, and the staff was really very helpful. The rooms were not terribly charming but they were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

well run hotel about 800 metres up a very ugly difficult street. The hotel has a LIFT which is not so usual in small greek hotels. The room I had 301 was clean and modern BUT the view was of the familly in the apart opposit. I followed every move they made and saw what they eat- I found the...

We chose this hotel because it was close to the ferry port for our AM ferry to Santorini. After the 10 minute or so uphill hike, we were greeted by a friendly lady at reception. She quickly booked us in to our room and then called to find out where we could pick up our ferry tickets. Our room was...

This hotel was excellent value and provided free wifi. It was a 10 minute walk into the old town and the museum. The cake shop 2 streets up was to die for for breakfast but meals at night are best eaten in town as not much around. All rooms had just been renovated. Situated just up the hill from the...

Not expensive. Not bad but not really for tourists. Suspect it's more for local business people. Within walking distance of bus station A & restaurants so fine for a lay over to see Kinossos but I afraid I left before the second I'd booked non-refundably as I'd "done" Iraklio in a few hours & suspected there was more fun elsewhere....

The hotel is close to center (10 mins, by walk) in a quiet and secure area. Is close to the New Port (15 mins., by walk). It has been fully renovated has free WiFi, a reasonable breakfast buffet (4 euros pax). Just was one think I dislike, The luggage room where the storage our staff once we checked out wasn´t...

Nothing wrong with the hotel, we had a pleasant one night stay. However, the location is slightly inconvenient as it is about 500m uphill from the port/bus stop. Annoying if you have heavy luggage and it's the middle of summer!!

We only stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to another location. The room was adequate for our need and very pleasant. Maria on reception however was great and did more than enogh to resolve our onward travel problems and all with a delightful smile. The other staff we met were also friendly and helpful..
