I booked this hotel for our anniversary and wasn’t disappointed. The rooms are fantastic and clean. The staff are all great and polite. The food is probably better then most I’ve had at some top restaurants. Overall a great place and I’d definitely recommend.

DYO suites completely exceeded all our expectations. We were in Rethymno for our wedding with our five month old baby and the staff went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. For example, we arrived at midnight and one of the staff arranged take away food to be delivered to our room at 12:30am. It was these little things which made a big difference to our stay. The rooms are completely gorgeous - very modern with beautiful views. The location is perfect, a 15 minute stroll along the beach to Old town and behind a gorgeous beach which has bean bags/deck chairs for exclusive use of the guests. The restaurant and food at breakfast was also divine. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

We finished our two week holiday in Crete in Rethymno at the Dyo Suites. What a fabulous end to a wonderful holiday. We were in the Platinum Suite and had a beautiful view and the room was perfect. Most of all the staff made our stay special and memorable. Shout out to the staff at reception for helping us on the last day and a huge thanks to Demetrios. You were exceptional. So kind. No complaints at all. I hope we will be back. We highly recommend. I almost forgot to mention breakfast. Wow. Delicious. I’m still dreaming of it.

Nothing negativ to say. Food was very good, the hotel stuff were like family, the beach was super clean and the suite was phenomenal. The old town is beautiful and just a 15 min walk away. I can recommend it everyone

The best place to be. For us 10 out of 10. Rooms are perfect, food is delicious. Service perfect. And the staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast also perfect. The sun beds are very clean and good and you can order nice food at the beach . We already booked for next year

The staff are a joy - so happy and friendly. The entire place is super clean. Room was very comfortable and extremely quiet - didn’t hear neighbours at all not once. The balconies are all secluded so you don’t feel like you are on top of each other. Breakfast is simply fantastic - special mention to the Sfakian Pie which I had 3x!. They have a section of beach immediately opposite the hotel which is very well run - do reserve a space with them as it’s popular. They organised our transfer from Chania and then onto Heraklion airport - all fine. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in for ages

We stayed at Dyo Suites for our wedding week. We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the staff. We were looked after so well, they recognised us throughout the whole stay and always made conversation. The food at the this hotel is absolutely amazing, we ate quite a few times here and could not fault it. A special thank you to Mary who really went out of her way to make us feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our wedding. Thank you so much for making it absolutely perfect!

We spent 10 wonderful days at Dyo Suites. The room we had (Selenium) was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea: not to mention we had a jacuzzi in our balcony, which we used it very often. The hotel also offers a beach club with comfortable chairs. This alone has saved us a lot of money, given the beach club is part of the package. The breakfast which is included is definitely a 5 stars experience. There is a lot of variety and options to chose from. Not to mention how big the portions are. Finally, the staff: these are some hard working people. They will offer very good service to make guests happy.
