Amazing breakfasts and staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I got a very spacious room that was kept very clean everyday. Beds were very comfortable 👍. Also the location was perfect. Atm and a shop just few steps away. Amazing restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again in the future.

The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spacious. It is easy walking distance to a good beach, although the hotel has a lovely pool. We had a rental car, and while there is no on-site parking, we were always able to park on the street within a block or so. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with information about where to eat and how to prioritize our time, and volunteered to print tour tickets for us. The breakfast was great, a variety of local dishes and international standards that should please any palate. Overall, a terrific value for the money.

You need sun and good weather to relax, but that's not enough, you need a unique hotel, but that's not enough. You need a hotel with people who will make you feel at home, where you can have breakfast like your mother's, where people can help you make your dreams come true - Melrose has so much more! You don't believe it? Go over there and check and you will be surprised just like me. Melrose, thank you! I have already booked another stay 🙂

We were very satisfed about the hotel and staff, who was very kind and helpful. The interior of the room was brand new. Our balcony had a nice view on the sea. The surrounding was quiet. Near the hotel you can find a lot of restaurants with delicous food. The nearest beach is about 2 min by walk. We sincerely recommend evryone to book this hotel during your stay at Rethymno ;)

This was my boyfriends first holiday abroad and what a way to start it off! Perfect hotel with an amazing view! So clean and tidy, all staff were super friendly and helpful! It is in the perfect location, 2 minute walk to the beach, with lots of shops and restaurants and half an hour walk from the perfect old town and harbour! What a truly amazing week

The hotel is located in a very good place,near the city centre and the Shopping Center,which we found very important. It was beautiful,clean and with good facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast also. We are recommending this hotel for sure.

Melrose hotel is the best we have ever stayed in Greece:) Very clean, posh and comfortable. Starting with rooms which are spacious and very well equipped. Breakfast was delicious with full variety of choice. Location - very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, pubs etc. But the most important thing - people who are taking care of your comfort are professional, nice and very well skilled. We have experienced very warm welcome on a first day and smiled people every other day. Service during breakfast was very friendly, cleaning service hard working and it's pretty clear that whole this team is doing great job! Thank you all for making our holidays such a great experience :)

Gorgeous location and even more gorgeous hotel! Rooms were spacious and spotless, housekeeping always freshening up and making the room look beautiful each day and they were so lovely and friendly too! Towels always supplied down at the pool and the food was also fresh and delicious (cocktails good too!) we stayed for 6 nights and had breakfast nearly every day, coffee & tea is freshly made and brought to your table, and there is a huge buffet selection with everything that you could want! Reception were always lovely and helped us whenever needed- nothing was too much! Hotel is perfectly situated in Rethymno, on a quiet street and a 10-15 minute walk from the busy Town with so many different restaurants/bars and lots of shops. 100% recommend for couples, families/all ages!

This hotel is really nice ! The room was very clean and comfortable bed even though I had two singles next to each other instead of a double, it was cleaned everyday with towels also changed everyday. The breakfast is kinda always the same but is good with sweet and savoury options. Staff at the reception is very nice and also the cleaners. The pool area is great but it doesn’t get much sun sadly (maybe in summer is different I don’t know) and cold water. I didn’t use the indoors pool but I think that one is warm, but the beach is just a couple of minutes walk maybe less where you can rent a sunbed and umbrella or go a bit further and just put your towel on the sand. The center of town is about 30 mins walk but there are plenty of restaurant around the hotel and also supermarkets and plenty of other stuff (bars,shops..)…

The hotel is located in a good area. We enjoyed the corner room of the hotel. Found a beautiful view from the sea. and relaxation with a Jacuzzi and was welcomed very well. Welcome drink in the room. Employees are good friends. Location of the hotel surrounded by comfort. Car rental is available. where you can easily arrange a private trip within 1 day under 250 km. and Supermarket. You can find a lot of happiness here.
