This was my second stay at the hotel and the second time I felt like home. The service is absolutely brilliant and the hotel is run by some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The room: I had (both times) one of the suites to the side of the main entrance with a space downstairs (with a table, sofa, a nice kitchen, and a smallish bathroom) and a bedroom upstairs. For me absolutely important: nespresso machine and lots of coffee in the room! Breakfast: you can choose between eating your breakfast near the pool or having your breakfast brought to your room (I did the latter and you only need to let them know the evening before what you wish to have for breakfast and when it should be brought to you). The breakfast is rich with lots of fresh things to choose from. Location: Right in the heart of old town, but in a more quiet part thereof.…
We had a wonderful weeks stay here. The hotel was modern, Our room was lovely with a nice big bed and the pool area was kept very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the two waitresses were so kind and helpful. It was right in the Centre of the old town but not noisy at all. I would definitely stay there again I think it is excellent value.
Situated in the old town, this adults only hotel fulfilled all our expectations. We stayed in a suite for 2 nights. The suite had a loft area where the very comfortable bed was located. The stairs were easy to walk up and down. Downstairs, there was a very large living room with a dining table, a small area with a refrigerator and a hot water kettle. The bathroom was spacious. The hotel grounds featured a small pool, with lounge chairs and beautiful fruit and palm trees. Our host, Manos, was an absolute dream...he and his family have been in the hotel/travel industry for many years and it shows. We appreciated that there was not your normal breakfast buffet; instead, you order from a menu the day before and breakfast is served either in the charming breakfast room or outside if the weather permits. And the breakfast was delicious. Don't miss this gem of a hotel!!! Thank you Manos and the lovely young lady who checked us in.…
3rd visit for us staff terrific as always hotel building getting a bit shabby, window frames definitely require weather proofing (varnishing) pool cleaning. Breakfast just as good and tasty as always,
We had an amazing time / stay at Pepsi. We stayed for one night during our Honeymoon. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We arrived around 12pm and were placed in our room right away, even though check-in was not until 3pm. The room was very clean, and overall very well maintained. It’s a small, friendly, and clean hotel. Everything we wanted and more. Upon arrival, the staff brought fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne to our room. Our room was number 8, on the second floor with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. Whatever questions we had the hotel was very helpful. Hidden gem tucked away in the middle of a busy city. Don’t let the other reviews mislead you. If we return to Crete, this is definitely a hotel we will return to.
Decor lovers will be impressed when walking into the lobby or Pepi. It’s beautifully designed. The rooms are nice too, neutral. We stayed in a Superior Suite, which was nice and large with a cute little patio. We saw really cute rooms off of the pool, which I’d recommend you stay in. The one minus was the bed was firm, too much so, for us. And when you leave the room, the AC stops, and it’s tough to get the room to cool down again. The pool area is adorable. A great place to spend the day, reading a book, and dipping in the pool. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town. Very touristy. If you stay here, please do two things things: 1. Have dinner at Lemonokipos 2. Go to Traditional Phyllo Workshop and see 86 year old Giorgios make phyllo by hand Overall a nice experience.…
Great location in the old town, surrounded by excellent restaurants. I liked having a refrigerator in my room. Breakfast is excellent! Bed is very hard and the room (first floor) smells musty. Don’t forget that it is adult only.
We’ve returned from a very peaceful stay in this quiet and picturesque boutique hotel. The staff are attentive but not overly so, and the room and facilities were both very good with choice at breakfast and a quiet ambiance round the pool and terraced areas
This is a small boutique hotel in the centre of the old town so in a perfect spot to explore the area. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. There were 6 of us and we had 3 of the superior rooms on the first floor, they were really clean and there was plenty of room and it had everything we needed. Breakfast in the garden was wonderful, a great selection of eggs and pastries and orange juice to die for. Just a lovely lovely personable place to stay, will definitely go back!!
Wonderful stay! The rooms are beautiful, the garden and pool are fabulous, very very friendly people! Breakfast is great! In the middle of the centre, quiet, and I loved the fact that it’s a small hotel, it feels very familiar! Nothing but love for this lovely cosy place! I would definitely book this place again :)
