We stayed here for 11 nights in the middle of May. Our room (Iraklis) at the rear of the hotel was quiet and we were comfortable. We had to be careful in the night with the steps down to the bathroom. The breakfasts were good on the whole, although the cooked food tended to be cold. All the staff were...

We spent two nights in the second floor Nefteli room on a tour of Crete. The large room had a patio facing the street and the opposite night club that boomed all night, where there was a small table and two chairs. The bedroom area had a luggage rack, chair for our second bag, sofa, coffee table, side table with...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palazzino di Corina, The staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant. The food was also excellent in the restaurant. The hotel manager and his staff exhibited the best in Cretan Hospitality We will definitely be going back!

We stayed for 4 nights. Sadly the weather was grim, cold and wet and the hotel seemed very dark and dingy. We found our room at the front of the hotel noisy on the first night but on the 2nd night the nightclub opposite played loud music until 6 am. We got no sleep at all. We asked to move...

Stayed as part of an organised tour. As it was out of season, the tour group seemed to be the only ones there. Friendly and family run. Room had character and comfy bed. Close to the old town with lots of tavernas around. Breakfast was good. The restaurant is convenient and good, but the food is not as special as...

Stayed here with 2 kids aged 4 and 7. Fantastic room, lovely breakfast, great location in Old Town. Hotel beautiful full of character, would be perfect for a romantic weekend away but was a real treat for us as a family too. Room was great as had double bed upstairs and two singles downstairs (booked "maisonette" room). Only downside is...

I chose this hotel largely based on Trip Advisor reviews.... There are two entrances to the hotel - one through the restaurant, and one through a pretty small pedestrian street. We got a family room - double (queen?) bed upstairs in a loft, a sofa bed and a extra bed they brought in downstairs. Room certainly wasn't big, but was...

We stayed in the Nefelli Room. The hotel is off the trodden path, but ideally located in the centre of Old Town. This is not your big family, all inclusive, stay around the pool kind of place, this more for couples wanting a boutique hotel away from the main tourist draws. It is only a short walk until you're in...

Palazzino di Corina is a small hotel in the old town of Rethymnon - very conveniently located for the harbour front, restaurants, the Fortezza, the shops etc. The hotel is friendly - the rooms comfortable and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is such that rooms don't have a great view (mainly into the central courtyard...
