Really pleasant experience, not the most lavish hotel, but everything was very clean and adequate. From the moment that we checked in, we were greeted with a very pleasant smile on the front desk. In fact all the staff could not be faulted, all very chatty, polite, friendly, all seemed very happy in their work. Our room (164) was very...

This is the second time we have stayed here and cannot really fault it. We booked a room with a landside view and ended up with a suite at no extra cost air con in both rooms was working and we needed it because it was very hot for September. Breakfast is really good and has everything you could imagine...

Hotel is at a very good location and it is at a walking distance to the city beach and the old town, too. We spent there two weeks in August this year. Rooms are nice, big and very clean; we had a beautiful view of the harbour, our beds were little bit hard and the A/C worked fine. We usually...

Almost resigned to having a poor experience here and even looked at moving to another hotel, when nice lady on reception, knocked on our door early to say a room was available !,, harbour view and working air con ! This was much better ! If we had this from the start , we would have been well happy! The...

We paid £1245 for 2wks B&B with Olympic, Xfers and luggage (20kgs each included). We stayed from 27-08 to 10-09. The hotel relies heavily on it"s view of the harbour but be warned that rooms which have this view cannot be booked with anyone except the hotel itself. Also the rooms face the sun and become extremely warm in the...

Kosta Palace is situated at a perfect location in the harbour of Kos. The old town with all the night-life is just a short walk away, but if you like nice and quieter restaurants, there are about 10 of them just around the corner from the hotel, on Averof street. Well, the rooms are pretty basic, but the beds are...

Stayed 3 nights with family. Manos at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is at a very good location close to beaches and nice restaurants and 10 mins walking to nightlife. Rooms are basic but clean. The view of the marina is great. Had a rich breakfast buffet. Rooms can use some renovation but overall we were very...

We booked with Thomas Cook - very easy flight and transfer and good value for money. The bus stopped at several other hotels, miles away from Kos Town, I'm so glad I didn't stay out of town! Kos town is beautiful, and the setting of the Kosta Palace could not be better! It sits on the very corner of the...

We stayed for two weeks late July/early August. The hotel's location is great and staff i friendly. Clean rooms. Except for poor A/C, which made the rooms rather warm, and hard beds, our stay was quite good.
