Villa Knossos is in a very practical location so I could be close to the port, the shops but also the beautiful beaches - The rooms are spacious and well equipped and it is very quiet, the whole place is surrounded by a lush garden. The owners are very helpful and really hospitable - I have stayed there already several weeks there over 2 years and would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Patmos.

We stayed at the Villa Knossos for 2 nights and when we left, we felt we could have stayed longer. NIkos and Debbie run a VERY comfortable and friendly hotel. Not only did Nikos pick us up at the port, but his wife Debbie drove us to the port on our way back to Samos.
The room that we got, which was a studio, was VERY big, and came with a pantry and two beds (plus a sofa bed).Needless to say, I was very satisfied with the room given to us.
On top of that, breakfast is usually served at the adjacent but related hotel AUSTRALIS, where
you can get a wonderful view of parts of Patmos Island.
Most importantly, NIkos and Debbie were always ALL SMILES and we were made to feel VERY WELCOMED!
THANKS Debbie and NIkos!

We stayed here for 4 nights in September. We were met at the port by the friendly owner and driven to the hotel and also they provided transport back to the port.
We had a studio room on the ground floor, it was spacious and very clean. There was also a balcony, with the beautiful garden giving us privacy when we sat out.
It was a 5-10 minute walk into Skala, and around a 10-15 minute walk the other way to Meloi beach, although in the heat not a pleasant walk to the beach!! We hired a quad for a day, and at 15 euros this was a bargain, we saw nearly all of the island in a day and I would highly recomend hiring a moped or quad on order to visit the beaches, especially Lambi beach in the north.

The studio is clean, quiet and well equipped. It is located within walking distance of a small supermarket, moped hire (in my opinion essential for exploring Patmos) and Skala. As mentioned in other reviews there are no views from the terrace but i think that is why it is so much cheaper than it's nearest competitor. My only gripe was that we were told it would be €35 a night and in the end we were charged €40. It was worth it so I didn't question it, but I felt it was a little dishonest and left me with a slight bitter taste.

Stopped for a lovely week, we were met at the port by the hosts. Large studio fully equipped with kitchen though there are lots of Restaurants and cafes with excellent food locally so we never cooked. The room is well decorated and clean. Shower pressure is good (am I the only person who rates places on that?) No need to change towels daily but they do. Own balcony with table is nice. Do visit this lovely and relaxing island, take swim shoes the beaches are idyllic but pebbled the water is azure blue and clear.

I spent a lovely week in July at Niki and Debbie's b&b in Patmos. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the harbor of Skala and very quiet. The room, tastefully furnished and spotless clean, has everything you may need: private bathroom, a/c, wifi, coffee facilities, hair dryer etc. and, last but not least, I really appreciated Debbie' warm welcome, her friendly attitude and helpfulness, which made may stay there even more agreeable!

We stayed for six nights on the beautiful island of Patmos and we were very happy at Villa Knossos. Well located on the edge of Skala near the harbor, we could walk everywhere although we did rent a car to get around the island. We stayed in one of the rooms in the main building (where the owner lives upstairs) that had a great efficiency set-up and a nice terrace surrounded by greenery. Debbie, the owner, was incredibly accomodating and picked us up at the Port and and took us back there late at night to catch our out-bound ferry. Yes, there is some industrial work around the Villa but it never bothered us.

I can't find the words! Hospitality, cleaniness, service, warm welcome, as if I am at home! Really friendly people, they make you feel they are not real!
5 minutes distance from the port, very quiet and in the middle of a garden, this hotel and villa resort is ideal for a relaxing holiday! Can't recommend it enough! Having looked around at other hotels there is no comparison whatsoever. Even the furniture is brand new. The interior has a character of its own, the furniture being of real wood.
I went there with 4 of my close friends for five days and we chose the detached houses. I wish we had more time to spend!
