Service was good and furnishings are beautiful. Decent 5 star hotel in a good location near the centre of the city. Hotel is located by the sea and view is terrific during sunset. Located near the shopping district.

Both the best and worst part of this hotel are the location. It is right in the center of things, and only a block from the promenade. However the streets are rather busy and the traffic noises can keep you awake at night. Everything else about the hotel is quite nice. The lobby iS elegant. The bath is modern and...

According to the hotel website, "the Mediterranean Palace Hotel is a five - star hotel of ultimate hospitality for guests with high expectations. It is close to one of the most picturesque areas of the city called “Ladadika” and it has a magnificent view of the Thermaikos Bay." I stayed in a "single room:" the bed was larger than a...

A beautiful palace with the best location! As a plus: excellent customer service from the reception staff, the restaurant & bar staff was very attentive, for breakfast we had plenty of choices and the rooms are very spacious. As negative points: the hotel serve lunch just as room service, there is a lot of noise because of the traffic. The...

This hotel is very beautiful with a lot of charm. It was comfortable after the first night when the air conditioner was turned on. The beds are comfortable but if you have to open the windows it will be noisy. That didn't bother me because the location was great for seeing this wonderful city with friendly people. This hotel can be preferred as a first choice in Thessaloniki because of its good location. Although the furnitures seems a bit old in the rooms, it is clean and comfortable.
