If you're considering staying at the Tripoli City Hotel it's probably because you're visiting the nearby University of Peloponnese or you're looking for a base from which to explore the Peloponnese by car. For university visitors, the hotel is almost literally next door, but even so a visit to the university requires a walk down a dirty one-lane country road...

First of all, we chose to stay at Tripoli just because it was a good base to explore various attractions in the Peloponese. Having said that, this hotel fit perfectly our purposes. Tripoli is not a highly touristic city, so hotel options are limited. This hotel is located outside downtown (so you need a car), in a very peaceful neighborhood....

A good and well maintained 3 star hotel. The rooms are decently sized and clean. This hotel is off he city centre but is well located to explore the surrounding villages scattered on the mountains of Arkadia. Good access also to the new Peloponnese motorway. Breakfast needs improvement. This is a hotel located in the heartland of Peloponnese and there...

Had a little trouble finding the place, but were pleasantly surprized. It's located outside the city, near the university, and the view was amazing. The room was nice, very clean, breakfast was ok, plenty of parking, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Granted to get to the city you need a car, but for a short stay it was...

We wished to tour the Mainalon villages and Tripoli is a very good starting point. I selected this hotel because parking in the center of the city is highly problematic. Yet it was a very good choice in itself. Adjacent to the University, It stands in a very quiet, too quiet actually, space amids plain fields and free view all...

I stayed for one night during a bussiness trip. Rooms were spacious and clean (especially the bathroom), breakfast was nothing special but ok and prices more than reasonable. The negative thing was that we arrived late at night, around 11 and there was nothing to eat but toast. I think there should be a restaurant or decent room service in...

This hotel is surprising in its size and aspirations because there are no major tourist attractions in Tripoli so if you are driving north you would do better in Nafplio or Tolo (another hour) or if south then Sparta (another 90 minutes). But if you have a reason to stay in Tripoli then this hotel may be the best you...

Newly-constructed quiet hotel, very clean and confortable rooms just 15 minutes walk from the city center with spacious parking. The hotel staff is very polite, always willing to help. Tripoli is in the center of Peloponnese making it the ideal place to begin your trip to the nearby picturesque villages Dimitsana, Stemnitsa, Vytina, Laggadia and taste the traditional greek cooking...
