We had breakfast twice at this cafe overlooking the port. I had the traditional Greek breakfast with mountain tea, olives in batter and cheese in batter. My son had waffles/pancakes which were also home made. Delicious. We met Captain Stefanos here for our sailing trip.

The hotel is very well located but it is very dark and decadent. It doesn't smell good and it is not well cleaned. The wifi doesn't work well. The doors creaked. The bathrooms were terribly conserved and the shower box of room 301 was falling in a great contrast with the beautiful and luxurious toilet of the reception on the...

If you want to stay at the port, this is ideally located. I got in very late, Olympic Air placed me here after canceling my flight. I was given a choice of two last rooms, and picked the first floor because I was just that tired of dragging luggage. There's no lift, so three flights of stairs were still required,...

Room in the front of the building are excellent, with nice view to the port. Easy access to the airport, buses and the center of the city. Staff was kind and very welcomed. Price was ok. Rooms were clean. Small balcony but fair enough. No elevator.

My wife and I, together with friends and family have regularly stayed here in the past ten years, however never again. This hotel appears to have changed hands. The current owners and staff lack the consideration that we have previously enjoyed. There is no lift at this hotel and the stairs are steep, now there are no offers of assistance...

We stayed here after an Airbnb disaster. The host was very pleasant and we got a very nice room with a bathroom and a small balcony. The hotel is in the middle of the main road at the ports. It is very clean and the aircon kept us warm. The staff are friendly.

Great location right on the waterfront. You are right in the middle of all the action. Room was basic (not complaining, got what I was expecting for the price), and was clean. The A/C worked good. Once you close the doors at night, it was nice and quite in the room. Very good communication via e-mail while booking and during...

Hotel Meltemi is directly overlooking the port of Skiathos, in a fantastic position. The staff is just like family, nice kind and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean, you do not come here expecting luxury, but greek character. The room was ample and perfectly clean. Price is exceptional!

My wife and I have regularly used this hotel for an overnight stop whilst travelling from Skopelos to the airport at Skiathos. The location is ideal. It is situated short walk along the quayside from the ferry port. As it is virtually opposite the taxi rank, there is no hassle in getting to and from the airport. The rooms are...

We ended up needed a room at the last minute and the captain on our boat recommended the Meltemi. The owners were super friendly and the rooms were reasonably priced -- we paid 50 euro for a double and 40 for a single in September. After paying way too much to stay in a wanna-be resort hotel on the island...
