I was traveling through Trikala on the way to Meteora, and was looking for a decent place to stay for the night. I stopped to ask a local, and found myself in front of this hotel. While it was a bit dated, we found it quite sufficient for one night. I have read that people complained about the price, but...

We were a group of Greeks from Crete. We stayed for 1 night. The rooms were snot clean. The carpet was filthy. Very small rooms. The old lady at the reception was the rudest receptionist I have ever seen!

Good one even if it's old.the price for the room is fair enough but the rooms needs to be redecorated.the staff is very kind and smily.one more minus is the absence of wi-fi in the rooms.if u are looking for a fair hotel it's the best choice

After searching for about an hour around Trikala for a cheap hotel, we found Divan Hotel. The room was clean, cute, smelled good. The soap, the shampoo and the towels were smelling wonderful. The a/c was on and we slept comfortably. The breakfast was rich, the receptionist gave as a book for free (with all information about Trikala and the...

This hotel CLEARLY doesn't deserve 3 stars (1, maybe 2 maximum). This is a 20 to 30 years old hotel with no updating. Cigarette smell in the room. Wi-fi is unexistant. Electric sparks on the TV socket and flickering lights in the whole bedroom. Breakfast was a joke (no cereals, no fruits, no honey, bad industrial ham and sliced cheese,...

The location is very close to down town (next to the river) and the staff are very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Wifi was free in the lobby, which was a pleasant place to check email in the morning. My room was also very quiet which was nice, I was able to sleep well.

Unacceptable , needs renovation. The only positive thing is its location. It is very old building and price was too high for what it offers. The strange thing is that it is rated 3* , I dont know based on which criteria. All fotos in Internet are misleading.

Nice hotel in the center of Trikala with acceptable comfort for a very reasonable price. The staff is helpfull and polite. The breakfast is not very good as it is very limited. The living room is old style but really cozy with street window view. The wi-fi is free only in the lobby and has extra charge if you want...
