      I think the best thing to do is get a taxi. Let the concierge you will need one for your early flight. :)

      Shuttles should be available on demand. There is a charge for this. Additionally the airport isn't all that far off and a taxi ride should not cost too much.

      Yes. Ask at the airport for the shuttle. There is a price on the side of the van but we were never asked to pay it. At the hotel we just asked for the shuttle to the airport at a certain time. No one asked for money.
