Great hotel in a perfect central location! Really easy to walk to all the main attractions from here, lovely staff and decor. Rooms are slightly on the smaller side though with small beds. Buffet breakfast is great and there is also a good small fitness centre.

We orderd a superior room, but the room was smaller and more narrow than most standardrooms in other hotels. The furnitire is just sad- spotted white with gold who looks just cheap. The bed is very soft and looks dirty. The bathroom is ok- but the door was shabby. Towels were good thoug. Breakfast is a whole different story! Simply...

I have to admit at once, we had an Internet deal that lowered the price to about half. In that case this was is a good hotel for the price, but I'm pretty sure I would go there full price. The location is excellent, breakfast was very good and we had an "Executive room" - very nice - for our...

Stayed here for two nights in November! A fantastic central location, clean and friendly staff but the smallest single room I've ever seen! Thought it was expensive! Breakfast was great! Old world hotel!

Stayed here in April whilst on a business trip in one of the superior rooms. As per the rating, it's an average hotel, service is ok, room was an ok size, but all a little tried and expensive for what was provided. Went to breakfast only once, decided to visit the local bakery the rest of my stay and the...

I stayed here on business for five days and was very disappointed. This is a mid-tier hotel in need of refurbishment masquerading as a 4 star hotel. There is little water pressure on the upper floors and not much hot water. (A colleague told me he ran his hot water for an hour, after which it worked better.) The rooms...

A hotel should have 2 main attributes, impeccable cleanliness and big comfy beds...scores well on both counts. In addition the room I had was very spacious, and almost a suite, as it was L shaped. Not inexpensive and centrally located this is a good business hotel. Breakfast buffet was acceptable.

I went on a 3 day business trip to the Phoenix hotel, Copenhagen. The hotel is generally of a good standard; a 4 star hotel that offers standard 4 star service with decent food and drink. It's expensive, but slap bang in the middle of Copenhagen so par for the course. This would have been a 4 star review. BUT...

Pretty decent stay. The Snacks available were light but this seems normal in Scandinavia. There were only Two plugs Which should be upgraded. The Service at the front desk excellent. The Breakfast decent. And enjoyable Everything else decent but not quite "exceptional".
