Stayed here for a week because of its location. A bit worn room, with a weird stain on the carpet - but the bed is really comfortable - and clean. I can recomend the place, but dont expect a royal suite :) The breakfast is way overpriced compared to its quality - eat somewhere out instead.

The location of this hotel is great, really convenient for getting around, either by bus or on foot. I must admit to feeling slightly disappointed with the room though. I booked this hotel as I wanted to experience some nice Danish Design, rather than the usual bland chains. I was even more than willing to sacrifice storage space (based on...

Excellent value, including rooms and breakfast. Very central location, easy to get to from Copenhagen airport. FREE wi-fi and safe. Would highly recommend to anyone deciding to visit Copenhagen. Nice mixture of clientele, including Danish, which is always a good sign if locals use the hotel.

I spent 5 days here while visiting the University of Copenhagen. The hotel is well-located. The rooms are adequate but VERY small, sort of like in a 1-star hotel in Paris or Barcelona. They have almost but not quite everything one needs (my room lacked a desk or table, also a chest of drawers, and a sink stopper), all of...

I booked this at the last minute and booked the cheapest single room i could find at the hotel so I shouldnt have been surprised when I had the teeniest room imaginable and it could have been warmer. And the bathroom, despite being 2ft square was like an ice box and wish i had a bath. Yet its a really...

Honestly, I totally agree with what LiSistersTravel wrote earlier - can't add much to that. I was supposed to stay at Kong Arthur, the sister hotel of Ibsens, but something went wrong and I was directed to Ibsens instead. It was just one night and for business so it didn't really matter. But my room was really, really cold and...

We stayed for one night in January 2015. The hotel has reasonably priced parking (for central Copenhagen) close by, although not at a private/secure site. As far as we looked, this hotel is one of the only ones in central Copenhagen with parking like this. The neighbourhood is very nice for restaurants, shops and experiencing the city. It's close to...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights in January 2015 for a birthday holiday. We a chose a "Larger" room, which is Ibsens' standard double. I want to get my main issue out the way first - Ibsens' rooms look much nicer in the photographs on the website than they are in real life. The best thing about...

We stayed there for 2 nights on a business/tourist combined trip. Room was pleasant, although a bit different with a small room off the main room that was a few steps down. Looked over the courtyard, so could see right into the kitchen. Was entertaining at times. Free wine for happy hour. Could easily walk a couple of blocks to...

The hotel is really easy to reach from the airport or Hovedbanegården by metro or S-train to Nørreport. The rooms are nordic in style; spacious and cool. The lounge is great. We did not try any of the resturants in the hotel. The location is excellent for food, drinks and shopping. The price is ok.
