On business trip to Copenhagen. Book for one night. Nice hotel. staff is ok. Have to admit that price is not attractive. Spending 170 euros for 10sqm bedroom with no breakfast is too much. And believe it or not is called "superior" (sic) When i checked out, i was not sure if my job would finish so i asked the...

We booked a 4 night stay in a Deluxe room, because we read that the standard rooms are ver small. The room itself was spacious; the bathroom though is very small but toiletteries of Rituals made up for this. On arrival beverages and sweets awaited us. For us the major bonus is the helpful staff and the central location. Do...

The hotel has what you need. The main thing is that it is centrally located to the city center. Fine help at the front desk and nice restaurant with good food and wine. I was a little chaotic at breakfast, but not a major problem. Our room was small and without view, for us it was not a problem. Nice...

You could see that at some point this hotel would have been branded ‘trendy’ but we weren’t convinced by its tiredness, small rooms and tiny bathrooms, all impersonal with long featureless corridors. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety, but the dining room was very busy and noisy and on one occasion we ate in the bar...

Great location to visit the city by walk, and very convenient to reach the rail station. Small room, but confortable enough, with modern and smart furniture. A little bit noisy during the weekend. The staff were friendly, and they were useful to solve an issue at the sink quickly. We enjoy the lounge bar, specially the terrace at night.

Maybe having no air-conditioning is not a problem most of the year in Copenhagen, but if you visit like me in the middle of a heat wave, the otherwise charming Hotel 27 is rendered an uncomfortable heat-box. The only relief at night is to open the bedroom window, which, being at such a central location, unfortunately also allows in the...

Welcomed by nice staff but seemed to get confused weather we had breakfast included in our reservation which caused more problems and time wasted following morning. Quaint old lifts, v European and charming once you figure how to use them. Room was minute and ensuite loo almost impossible to use as so small. Shower water pressure fine although annoying constant...

The staff were real friendly, funny and approachable. The hotel however leaves a lot to be desired and is definitely not a 4 star hotel! 4 stars for this hotel??? What a joke! Who rated this place?? It is more like a 1 or 2 star establishment and do not be deceived by those funky photos - as they are...

The hotel is excellent for visit Copenhagen Tivoli and for shopping. It`s nearby Copenhagen Rådhus and Strøget. It was very warm days and the room was warm as well. Aircondition had been nice! I can recommend First Hotel Twentyseven for a few days in Copenhagen.
