Although it's a new hotel I think that the facilities were a bit poor for the money you pay. We knew that the bathroom was shared but due to a renovation they are making there was only one for the whole floor, ending to a long waiting time. And it was not THAT clean. Furthermore, the renovation was held right...

Annex is nicely situated near the main train station however it is surrounded by strip clubs. If you can look past this at night time it's a good hostel. You have to enter through another hotel which is very nice and has a great bar who had a DJ on our first night. They are very accommodating and helped suggest...

Location is great for Copenhagen City Centre for cheap accommodation however is the wrong side of the train station from all the bars and shops etc, hotel is attached to a bigger more expensive hotel and you will check in through them. Overall clean and modern. during my stay work was being completed and they did start at 7 am...

Positives: - You are literally 3 minutes (max) away from Copenhagen Central Railway Station and the hotel is very easy to find - We were given a free upgrade to a room with a private bathroom and shower on arrival, which exceeded our expectations - Reliable, fast, free wifi included in room - Lots of radiators in our room we...

Initially I got a bit of a shock having booked this hotel on Hotels.com in that yes it is 5 minutes walk from the central train station but it is right in the middle of the red light district which is fine if that's what you are looking for but I was not expecting to be proposition on ever corner...

We paid 1150 Kr for a double room with a private bathroom for one night. We arrived late at night to find a clean room. However at 5.30 in the morning, while sleeping, a member of staff with an unknown person abruptly unlocked the door to our room, waking us up. I'm sure this was accidental as they apologised and...

This hotel/hostel was ok the bed was comfy and the rooms we average to small size but workable, good location with only 2 minute walk to the strain station and 10 minutes from the centre. In the late hours around 1-3 AM we noticed outside got busy with drug dealers and prostration which made the location less desirable.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very nice. Service was good, house keepers did their job daily. Mind that it's an hostel! Showers and toilets are also clean. For a price that is very low for Kopenhagen the hostel ist really nice!

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
