Stayed for one night in july 2016 in a room on the executive level.
All in all this is your classic Marriott-standard luxury hotel.
Our room was clean and well-maintained, the decor was slightly dated though. Everything...More
Great location .. right on the water. Close to the train station and Tivoli gardens. 10 minute walk to the historic district. Service is excellent, rooms are clean and staff is helpful. Be prepared though .. it's a destination for groups getting ready to go...More
Great place, very near train station. Exec lounge has been redone and it is outstanding. Great restaurant and bar. My only wish is that they would consider complementary bike rental for loyal customer, ie, Platimum members, (hint, hint)
This hotel is nice but not exceptional. The river view is great and rooms are good . It is very close to Tivoli Gardens and the Central railway station , the city centre is a 20 mins or so walk away and many attractions considerably...More
I don't normally take the time for reviews, but this stay is the exception.
It started with superb check-in experience with Michaela at the reception desk. She was friendly and very professional. What made her stand out was the small touches that were awesome. I...More
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and
hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.

This hotel does have a concierge that helped us out on several occasions; however, they are not in a position (that I know of) to purchase tickets. They were extremely helpful in giving us good advice and direction on train tickets. We had the Copenhagen card, so attraction tickets were not an issue for us. There are representatives there at times from groups/companies that provide attraction services, but we did not take part. For example, you could purchase tickets for the Hop On-Hop Off bus right there at the hotel.

"Try to get rooms close to the elevator, as the rooms can be quite a walk if at the far end."
