Spent three nights in a cold hotel at the end of November and then was charged for breakfast via our credit card even though it was already paid for in our original booking. Very disappointed with the calibre of reception staff as they are not proactive and just shrug their shoulders. We asked on our second day if we could...

The location of this hotel is perfect- short walk from town hall, Vesterbro, shopping district. Breakfast was great with buffet style, with great selection offered of everything. I wish our stay wan't spoiled by the maintenace works which carried out on the hotel- the workers started before 7 a.m. So even though i had my ears plugged in i still...

We booked this hotel as a package on EasyJet holidays with flights from Luton and got a great deal for 3 nights. We booked a small double room and stayed in room 312. As a former travel agent for Thomas Cook I have had the privilege to stay in some of the most luxurious hotels in the world but for...

I spent 3 nights at this hotel last week in late November and was moved to 3 different rooms because of some of the following reasons: 1. one of the rooms didn't have a safe and I heard there is a lot of pick pocketing, especially by the Central Station. Even in the hotel guide book they mention pick pocketing...

room was rather old, but all worked, bed was acceptable, all was clean so far and the towels were smelling freshly washed. OK to spend a night. rather loud and noisy, because of old hallway, old doors and finally, a huge construction site inside the hotel backyard. Breakfast room is huge, the offer is rather limited but the fresh orange...

Thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear that the cleaning didn't meet our expectations. I will inform this to the head of cleaning since this must be done properly.

Stayed at the Ascot for 3 nights. Had booked a doble superiour room and got a small room with a kitchenette and two single beds placed on both sides of the bedroom door. The room had a pitched roof, so it seemed very small and was poorly furnished. Asked for another room and was offered an appartment with a good...

Thank you for your review. We always try to improve and keep in good shape. With thousands of guest every year and constantly fully booked periods during long time it is hard to do a big upgrade. We have already started to improve rooms and will go on with that entire Winter.

Hi ascot is a very good hotel, super clean. Staff are very helpful but rooms are very small for price paid. Breakfast is extortionate worth going to La Glacé for danish treats and coffee which is unreal!!!

Thank you for taking time to making us a review. We have a lot of different room categories and the "small double" are not for those who needs a lot of Space. In that case i would recommend to book either standard double or superior double.
