We stayed 3 nights as a family of three. We had good sized room with double bed and sofa and it was larger compared to similar hotels in uk (premier inn, holiday inn express). Room was clean, bathroom had usual commodities including hair drier. We had breakfast included in deal and it was again good with plenty to choose from...

Just returned from 3 nights at this hotel. Very good location. The room was nice enough for what we paid and it was clean. I would recommend to others who plan to explore the city and probably not spend too much time at the hotel.

This hotel was central to the main station and shopping area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good. The lady that served the tables was very calm and got everything done efficiently and quietly went about her job. There was a nice seating area in the lobby with to and bar....

Tennis court outside my room - nice. Good central location. Close to train station and Tivoli. Couldn't get shower hot or powerful enough. Flushed toilet and didn't refill, it really stank. Could be better.

We got the hotel on a late deal as jet city break. (£450 Inc flights, 4 nights - 3 ppl) so weren't expecting much. The room was OK, clean and about big enough to have a cot. The location is good. 2 things let it down: >>Noise The hotel is subject to loud thumping music from a neighbour establishment. So...

I have recently stayed for 4 nights with a friend on a city break trip. The hotel has perfect location and lovely helpful staff. We had our breakfast included which did not let us down on any of the mornings. The cleanliness of the room and public areas were spotless. Definitely worth the price and would not doubt to return...

This hotel is not as pictures shows! Once we arrived we were placed in a room where a terrible smell was coming from the bathroom. I asked to be moved, and I was, but the next room we were placed in was just as bad. Bathroom is incredibly old and broken. Do not recommend. You might as well stay at...

We chose this hotel based on the price and location, and it delivered on both. We stayed 3 nights and walked everywhere -- Tivoli, Nyhavn, Rosenborg Castle, and more. We even wheeled our luggage from the train station (which would have been easier if the pavement was smoother!). I shared a triple with my parents and it was a decent-sized...

This hotel has a great location but several issues. The lifts are very claustrophobic and you need to remember to push the doors on them despite the 'slide' handles. The first receptionist was curt with her first word as we walked into the lobby being 'Name'! The breakfasts are good but they have a fruit juice dispenser that is so...

This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor.
