My colleagues bag was stolen at the reception, and the management were so indifferent! They were totally unmoved and didn't care! We politely asked that we review the CCTV footage and the manager refused saying that we needed police to see the footage! On asking for directions to the police station, they advised that "the police are too busy" and... More

Copenhagen Mercur hotel has got all you need for a couple of day stay in the city. It is centrally located near Tivoli garden. Accessible by Metro train and has quite number of eating joints nearby. They offer good breakfast but do not have facility for lunch or dinner. Hotel is well maintained and most of the desk staff are... More

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. I chose it because of its short distance to my meeting place. Strong points: - very good location: Near to the central train station, city center, main attractions and etc. - good breakfast - gaming and fitness rooms - reasonable price-quality relation Weak points: - I was rarely able to connect to... If you are spending a few days in Copenhagen this hotel is the perfect location in walking distance from central station. Tivoli Gardens and tour buses 2 min waik away Rooms are small and bathroom dated but if you are not going to be spending a lot of time in the hotel will suffice. Over priced for quality but location... More

Great location near the city center, close to train station and 20 min. away from the airport by taxi. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which is a spacious , however, dated room. The bathroom also needs renovation, but is clean. My travel companion had a renocated room which was a significant improvement over mine. Comfortable bed, slept... More

Easy walk from central rail station. Good selection for breakfast. Unfortunately very noisy as room overlooked main rail system. No aircon but located a fan by 2nd night. Staff very helpful. Good little cafe for morning coffee just round the corner from hotel. Room clean, a comfortable bed and good shower.

We absolutely loved our stay in Copenhagen, what a beautiful city. The Mecur Hotel is perfectly placed for an easy walk to some of the best sights in Copenhagen, including Nyhavyn. But we were a little disappointed with the room, which was small and not very comfortable. The bathroom was the worse, the shower hardly worked and there was no... More

Just few steps from Copenhagen Central Station is my hotel this time .Clean, Comfort &simple .Rooms are a bit more spacious than traditional central European hotels, yet expensive in every thing as a part of very high cost of living in Denmark.Breakfast Buffet is basic and satisfactory. No AC and there was no need, I asked for a Fridge and... More

Nice and clean, spacious rooms with great views of the city. However, noisey due to traffic and trams and rooms too hot. Tea and coffee but no milk (we're British!). Good breakfast. Easy check in and check out.

Great hotel located very centrally! We chose a room at the front and it wasn't noisy at all. Quirky lifts up the the room so ask for a low level room if you don't like lifts! Breakfast was good and set us up for the day.
