The Copenhagen Crown was a lovely hotel to stay at. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We opted to find our own breakfast, but for an additional 100DKK per person, per night, there was breakfast available. Two things I would "critique" about our hotel were: First, that you have to...

Basic premier inn type accommodation, no tea / coffee facilities in room however if your happy with that its a great hotel. TV has loads of Britain programmes (subtitled for Dutch), roomy shower room and comfy beds, hair dryer in bathroom. Nice and quiet as set back from road. 5 -10 mins walk from Tivoli gardens, central station and town...

A bit tired hotel but everything worked well. Very Comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Friendly service and something cosy about this hotel. Very good location, and nice restaurants just across the street. Would stay there again.

Most B & Bs aren't cheap in this city, but this one is affordably pleasant. We stayed there for 4 nights. Room was clean & very basic, beds comfortable. Bfast was a bit boring, but adequate. Shower working, everything works! Location is a plus! Bus stops round the corner, also walking distance to the Central Train Station, which could take...

Located on Vesterbro this hotel is a great base for sight seeing in Copenhagen. 5 minute stroll from train station and Tivoli gardens, walking distance to Little mermaid, Christiania, New Harbour etc. Plenty of christmas markets, cafes, shops and 7/11 nearby if needed. Hotel room was basic but clean and buffet breakfast was always refilled so we never missed out.

The Hotel is on the main road, very close to the train station and Tivoli Gardens, and many other shops / markets. However the rooms are located a bit far from the street which gives you a good night sleep . The check in was very smooth, the room is a bit smaller than average, even for 2 people it...

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
