I happened to be in Copenhagen for 1 night during a big pharma conference. Because hotel rooms were at a premium, this hotel, charged over $700 for 1 night, no breakfast included. Our room was smaller than a college dorm room, no trash can or tissues in the BR, no soap dish in the shower, just a bed, 1 cheap...

Great hotel. Lovely and clean. Nice big comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and bedroom. Lovely breakfast in light airy breakfast room up on the 5th floor. Continental breakfast, lots of choice and all lovely and fresh. Rented the bikes from reception and they booked a taxi for us, they were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. A very enjoyable stay!

Stayed here with my wife for a weekend break in September. Chose this hotel as it is quite centrally located. Not far from the central train station and Tivoli Gardens. You can hire a bikes from this hotel to get around on, we didnt, but we wished we had as we did a lot of walking so be prepared. The...

Copenhagen is an expensive city, and the hotel had mixed reviews. The room was dimply furnished and clean. The hotel common areas have apparently been cleaned up; the walls were freshly painted and the carpets clean if unspectacular. The included breakfast (as an option) was plentiful but with a limited selection. The is a perfectly workable hotel, when on a...

A solid 3 stars. The rooms are small and they allow smoking so take care if this is a concern. Old rooms and a modest breakfast take this down a rating. No tea or coffee in the rooms either. Ten minutes to the Tivoli Gardens so a decent location.

Walking up to this hotel, you pass through a charming courtyard to get to the lobby. We expected this charm to carry throughout. However, the charm only extends to the ground level. The hallways have large green numbers indicating the room. Rooms are ok in the sense that they are of decent size. Bathrooms aren't quite modern. The pipes were...

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.

Hotel Copenhagen Crown is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Copenhagen's Latin Quarter, the vibrant and trendy Vesterbro. You are very central and right on the popular street, Vesterbrogade, within comfortable walking distance to e.g. Stroget, City Hall Square, Tivoli, The Central Station, The Meat Packing District and the tranquil St. Jorgen Lake. Just outside the door you will find a myriad of restaurants, great shopping and Vesterbro Square with cozy cafes. Most of our bright and spacious rooms face away from the street noise and ensure you a pleasant and undisturbed night's sleep. Choose between five room categories and make yourself comfortable whether you are on a business trip or on holiday travelling alone, with your partner or the whole family.
