Great view! Free tea and coffee! The breakfast is decent. The staff is very friendly and helping. The only thing is the room is not very sound proof like people mention in other reviews, and no water heater inside room. Overall, a great place to stay for Copenhagen,

I stayed at Hotel Bethel with my Mum and Dad in December 2016. We were really after a decent hotel, in a good location, with a reasonable price. With these three expectations in mind, you really can't get much better than Hotel Bethel. The Hotel is situated in the most beautiful position. It's directly overlooking the canal. We were lucky...

Quaint little hotel located right on Nyhavn and we chose it just for the location. However, the service ended up being nice as well and the view from our window out to see the canals everyday really helped with it. The room isn't fancy by any means and is a bit small with thin walls, because we can hear our...

Stayed at Hotel Bethel as a family of 3 for 3 nights in December '16. Little one was only 3 months old so slept in Moses basket/crib on his buggy at nights not a cot bed. Hotel was in a great location right on the canal in Nyhven so walked out to the iconic Copenhagen view each day! Rooms were...

Stayed here in May enroute to a much needed cruise vacation. I was looking for a hotel in Nyhavn and this was the perfect place. It is literally in the middle of Nyhavn across from all the little restaurants. The hotel is located on a corner so it is very easy to cross over the canal and to the other...

The hotel is in a great location - very central and right over the picturesque canal. However, for $100 a night, the room was shockingly underwhelming and lacking in cleanliness. It was absolutely tiny, the bed/cot was uncomfortable, the trash in the bathroom had the previous guests' garbage, and there was an old apple core underneath the desk (see picture)....

We booked direct with the hotel on the strength of previous reviews and were not disappointed. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a partial view to the canal which was lovely, even more so in the evening with the Christmas lights. The room was quite basic but very clean and with a super comfy bed. The staff...

Clean hotel and very friendly staff. Nice breakfast included. The location can't be beat. You can walk everywhere from here. Its not fancy but its not bare bones either. We stayed with 2 kids and had a great time. I would for sure go back, especially because it didn't break the bank.

This is a basic Hotel. However, provides outstanding value for money. The location is as good as it gets. On the canal with a metro station 5-7 mins away. The rooms are tight but comfortable. Breakfast is sufficient and with enough choice. Very satisfied.

We had a great stay but we made sure we booked one of the larger rooms after reading the reviews. It had an amazing view of the canal. It would probably be a bit noisey in the summer when you would have to have the windows open since there is no AC. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent....
