Friendly reception, small incheck space. Hotelroom was very small, compared to what we were used to, but we were on a budget in an expensive city, it felt stuffy and warm, but the aircon worked well. Rooms have a safe. Very nice that the curtains were taped to the wall at the sides to let less light in in the morning, still needed clips for the middle section as to have a blackout room if you want to sleep in. The rooms ware absolutely not sound proof, we were on the street side and heard cars, people talking, construction work and especially the metro that keeps on running in the middle of the night. So I had to use earplugs. There was no fridge. The corridors were small and stuffy, had an unpleasant smell, luckily you didn't smell it in the rooms. Rooms seemed clean, but it has carpet, so can not see if that is clean. The bathroom is very small, felt cramped, shower-door doesn't close well, so watch out when showering as to not flood the floor. There were hardly any surfaces to put stuff. There is no chair at all, you can sit at the wide and high window sill/bench and there is a high round table next to it. You can watch TV in bed. It is convenient to have the metro in front of the hotel and a mall close by, but would probably not return and try another hotel next time. We knew Denmark would be expensive, but wanted to see the city, so this spot is good enough for a few days. Parking is next to the hotel (for a fee).

(Can download app ahead) We travelled on metros hopping on/off longest wait is approx 4mins so frequent! Copenhagen isnt cheap but love the atmosphere, culture, shops and exploring places.

We stayed here from November 9th to November 16th, 2023. The location is excellent, being a 2-minute walk to the Bella Center metro stop and a 10-minute walk to the Bella Center convention center. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby has fresh water infused with fruit and make your own coffee with plenty of seating. There is also a bar in the lobby that serves good drinks. The room was interesting with lots of good and some not so good. The good: the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. It was great. The room was spotlessly clean. The shower had good water pressure, was plenty hot and was stocked with lots of towels. The internet service was excellent. The room was quiet, although you can hear the metro from time to time. Ok for the not so good. There is not a lot of space for clothes or luggage. The only place to sit other than the bed is on benches along the window, and we cannot recommend sitting on them for an extended period. There is no mini- fridge, microwave or workspace. Are these deficiencies deal breakers? No, just be aware. If you spend a lot of time in your room then this is not the best option, however if you are mostly just sleeping in your room then this hotel is quite good. We definitely would stay here again.

Modern and brand new hotel with a very spacious lobby. Rooms spotless and great size. We were on the sixth floor with a nice view of the city. The standards lack the refrigerator. There is a safe, smart TV, small open wardrobe with hangers The rooms are cleaned daily, with change of towels. Staff at the reception kind. do not speak italian.We were asked for a security deposit of 400 kroner (about 54 euros), which they returned to us on the day of departure. The hotel is not exactly central, but it is in a great location, 100 meters from the M1 Bella Center stop, with which you can reach all locations. with just one metro stop you can reach the mega mall field's, where you can find everything and with lots of places to eat. With a few more stops you reach Norreport station, very lively in the evening and with great places to eat. The metro travels 24/24 easy also to get to the airport from bella Center a metro stop takes you to Orestad train stop that takes you directly to the airport. All with one ticket also in the surroundings many buses that take you to the various areas of the city. we took the 68 from the central station that took us 100 meters from the hotel. In the lobby free of charge available to customers 24/24 coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, tea, water. Copenhagen is very expensive and this hotel is a good compromise highly recommended Would definitely stay again

Our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful! We had connecting rooms, which turned out to be the perfect solution for our needs. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, giving us maximum privacy while still being able to stay connected.
But the best part of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. They were not only friendly, but extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. From the front desk to the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff, everyone made sure we felt at home.

Had memorable 3 nights stay, room was comfy and clean, with good heating, overlooking to the avenue and metro lane, but had a super soundproof saying as light sleeper. Located between two Metro Stations making it accessible to the city center. Orestad Train station is also walkable whether you are arriving from the Airport by train or heading to Sweden. We had a disappointing reception experience at this hotel late September 2024. This was our second stay in just over 4 months. We booked and paid extra for a high floor, quieter room away from monorail noise. The first room we were given was 207 right in front facing the monorail! We know the layout of this building and kindly rejected this room. We were then allocated a room with a connecting door on level 6. It took fifteen minutes for the inefficient, inexperienced , young male staff member to find us a room as had been confirmed by a manager in past emails to me. Not sure if I would stay here again. I am an Accor member and I was treated very poorly as a past guest.

Brand new hotel, next to the metro line (Bella Center station ), with nice and modern decoration. The front desk staff were extremely warm,friendly and helpful from the beginning… specially Luke and also Ishara & Erik, they made us feel welcome & at home… big and modern room & bathroom… with huge windows & high ceiling, total silence at night…we slept very well! there’s a coffee machine complimentary at the lobby for all guests & fresh water 😄, only 500 meters away from a huge shopping center with all kind of restaurants & stores. We enjoyed our long stay very much… except for the breakfast, too expensive (20€) for what you get, it’s much better going to the Nyhavn canal or any other place in downtown. Definitely I’ll stay again!

We chose the Ibis as due to having an autistic child, we wanted a hotel as close to a metro station as possible, the Ibis was literally a 30 second walk to the Bella centre metro station, with trains running regularly into the centre of Copenhagen. The hotel is extremely modern, clean and welcoming. There are coffee and tea facilities in the room, but you can also help yourself to free hot drinks from a machine in the reception area. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment. but if you're looking for a cheaper breakfast (Copenhagen is quite expensive) then there is a Lidl an 8 minute walk away, with a great bakery selection. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if returning to Copenhagen.
