The front desk was slow when checking in, but apart from that it was a really nice stay. Nice room and a satisfactory breakfast. The location is perfect, close to the Tivoli and the main trainstation and the raadhusplass.

Personnel at the desk was helpful, but my colleague had issues with credit cards (then again, in Copenhagen, credit cards were more problematic than usually in most European captials!). One day, my key-card just died, just as it were blocked or expired. The front-desk gave me a new card immediately, now questions asked (or explanation provided) On one night, there...

The outside of the hotel looks a bit dated, but once you pass through the front door, it's a modern and well-appointed, chic looking hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the front desk personnel were professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and functional. I had booked the slightly larger room so space wasn't a great problem, but still...

The square is in a great position just over the main city square from the main shopping street the Stroget , and just around the corner from Tivoli World. Its also an easy 5 minute walk from Central station. The rooms have a modern decor and are very comfortable, although the view from those at the back of the hotel...

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in August and it was great. We had a superior room with a balcony and the room was on the small side but not when compared to capital city hotel rooms in general, i.e. it's not a negative. Free wi-fi was a bonus to us, the room was comfortable, the hotel...

Staff is not too professional and attentive. They accepted my reservation by a pre-paid VISA (as I always did in many hotels around the world) and when I arrived they said they do not accept my card for payment and they requested me not only to pay the whole stay in advance, but also a guarantee for the entire content...

This is a very stylish hotel reflecting the world famous danish design. Every detail is tastefully designed. The room was very nice with a even nicer bath. I was only a bit confused to find the personel dressed as pirates when we arrived..? It didnt exactly fit in with the rest of the hotel. The most impressive thing with this...

The hotel looks modern and clean and have a perfect location as many peoole mentions. My room, however, was a great disappointment. Really very small, and very bad lighting in the room. I had to work for some hours at the hotel and found it very demanding as it was really dark in the room. I also found it very...

This was our 3rd stay at the Square, and we were disappointed. They no longer include breakfast, and what they charge is high for what is presented. Fortunately, there is a McDonalds around the corner. The area around Town Hall Square looks dingy - perhaps because of the metro construction. It is a great location next to Tivoli, museums, Stroget,...

The Square has a terrific location. Right next to Tivoli Gardens, five-minute walk from the central train station, close to tourist attractions but also nearby cute non-touristy neighborhoods that you can explore. I was looking for a place to run, and The Square is nearby The Lakes, a series of lakes or canals with running or walking paths. Plus there...
