This is the first time I have stayed here and was pretty impressed. The building is classic and has a grand feel to it has you walk through the lobby. The staff are very pleasent and helpful. The location is perfect. I would stay here again.

Having read some unfavourable reports we were hopeful they were wrong. They were. We found the reception staff very helpful, and friendly. The apartment (no 482) was well maintained, great location, clean, bed comfortable, great outlook over leafy square, noise not a problem at night, light and airy, basic in kitchen equipment which was not a problem to us. Elevator...

My wife and I spent 3 nights in one of the apartments. It was clean and comfortable although fairly basic. Location is convenient just 5 minutes from Tivoli, the railway station and Stroget. We were at the back of the building with a view of a parking lot. Some noise at night but it was tolerable and it is a...

No help, trolley or doorman to carry our luggage from reception to apartments. Small, smelly elevator didn't work upon arrival. Very basic apartment, missing a curtain. Thin walls, small uncomfortable beds, synthetic duvets, stained carpet in small bedroom. Paper thin towels, one p.p., half a toilet roll, 2 tissues in tissue box, a lot of noise from the street below...

On a business trip, staying in this hotel was OK but nothing more. Certainly not the level the name suggests. One of my colleagues had to cope with a leaking bathtub and was at first helped only grudgingly by hotel staff, which eventually switched him to a better room. No airco in the rooms, which is not a problem most...

Apartment very basic, floors creak, lots of street noise and furniture basic and worn. But location near tivoli and central station was great and close to lots of good restaurants. Toilet separate from rest of bathroom facilities (like on other end of apt).. This was awkward. Clean but very basic.

The room is not clean. The bathroom smell really bad. We checked out in the morning, but the hotel offered to hold our luggages in a locked room (only the guess having the key room can get into the room) so that we could travel out until late afternoon . When we went back around noon to take the luggages,...

We booked this hotel in advance on expedia.com for a week long stay in Copenhagen. We checked in and we’re given a rear facing room. We knew those rear facing rooms could be noisy at night thanks to tripadvisor reviews. People had complained about beer bottles being collected back there and dumpster noise all night. So, we immediately asked for...

We stayed two nights in May. The location is great, close to Tivoli and Raadshuspladsen. There are also good restaurants in walking distance. The apartment itself was ok with enough space. There is no dishwasher meaning that you have to trust the cleaning performed by the former guests. The thing we did not like about the apartment was the quality...

This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
