Nice place, clean, friendly staff, for Filipino standards very satisfying being here. We just used the time here to invite friends from the area, so it was very convenient it is located just at the highway. Easy to find and easy to reach by public transportation.

We visited the pool for swimming with our children. The place was clean and had nice tables for a picnic. The cost was reasonable. If you are looking for a place to swim and have a good time, I would suggest visiting Kalipayan.

First of all i need to commend the staff for being cheerful but as for the rooms there is not much cheer there. The shower drain is blocked, there is NO coffee or tea facility in the room and no safe. There is a funny smell in the bathroom and the wardrobe and the aircon is too noisy. On the...

We go here to practice swimming. The pool is nice. The deepest is at 6 feet. The staff is very friendly. The only thing I noticed is that there are no rules on diving and swimming attire. Some would swim in their boxer's shorts. If want a decent pool for practice, this is a nice place for a practice swim.

I booked 3 rooms in this resort for my friends and family while they were visiting us. After one night, I moved my first guests out (hopefully not all of them had arrived yet!) and drove them back to a decent hotel in Manila. What went wrong in short: - the AC is noisy and not even cooling at all...

This place is simply one of the worst places I have ever stayed at, and an expensive one at that. First, the location is in a highway in the middle of a hellhole. Unless you need to be in the area for work, avoid it. The rooms were large but old, run down and dirty. They call it a resort...

The staff is friend an accomodating, the breakfast is included in the room price, so it's a plus for me. You can swim all you want if you're a guest. They have a nice and big pool. I was just put in the wrong room, it's near the reception,so the noises is a bit distracting whenever someone will check-in of...

If you will go to Kalipayan Resort to enjoy the pool, dine in the resto & sleep in a nice room, definitely ASK THEM IF THERE'S AN EVENT, AND WHAT ARE THE AMENITIES THAT'S BOOKED FOR THE EVENT ON THAT DAY. Or else, you'll get bumped off from the restaurant (which is located on the pool side) to a cottage...

Ok, this is a qualified 4 stars. The place is not well maintained in a first world manner, but it's in Das Marinas and I don't know of any modern, first world type hotels in that area. The pool is huge and the cabanas around it are fun, especially if you're entertaining or wanting to party a bit. The service...

This resort is a hidden jewel. Situated at Dasmariñas City, this is complete with a function space, karaoke rooms, pool facilities etc. Their bestseller Crispy Pata and their buko pandan salad is a must try!
