We booked a medium studio for 3 nights. In the first day, the room we received was almost frozen. We notified the reception and we were told very serene that our room isn't the only one with heating problems. They said the problems will be solved, but not sooner than the next day, so they can give us a portable... More

We came here for a week in Late November The hotel is good, the staff is friendly, the room is neat and clean with everything you need It has a good balance between money you spend and the outcome Comparing with the rest of astockholm where the prices are very high Breakfast is good, having nearly everything. Ok, I agree... More

Cold room, terrible wifi, room door that wouldn't shut unless slammed at force...and those are just the good parts. These 'apartments' are way outside the centre - the walk to the metro or bus takes you across dark unlit areas, its not convenient for the city centre. Cleaning is once every 5 days, so for a short stay, you get... More

I've booked a one person studio for 3 nights in Bizapartment Gardet. The room was very good, and the breakfast was good as well, but staff is not at all friendly and room needed a thorough cleaning, I´ve found a clothespin, a piece of chocolate and hair in the floor, and seveval hair strands under the bedspread.

I spent 4 weeks in a studio appartment with only view on a roof covered with vegetation. The studio cooking place is fine with microwave, coffee machine and dish washer. The room is cleaned every 5 days. There is a generous breakfast in a common room with view on the harbour area. There is no parking available if you come... More

Great place to stay. The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 3. When we arrived a pop up camp bed was already made up for my son at the side of the living room area so we didn't have to make it, nor was it in the way so we didn't need to take it down during... More

Its a good place to stay. Its hugeeee. Rooms are spacious. Amenities are good. They clean it once 5 days. I would have preferred otherwise. Short stays should have daily cleanups and long stay can have delayed cleaning. My room had lots of windows with inside court view. Breakfast was included and was decent enough. Its a bit far from... We stayed here in October and found our apartment perfect for our stay, it's not to far from the city we biked ( we got city bike cards from the reception) and walked to everyday through beautiful parkland, there is a very useful supermarket next door which we made use of as we had our evening meals in the apartment,... We are travelling with small children. For a Family-stay Bizapartment Gardet is ok - since rooms are quiet spacy and there is a laundry to use what makes it comfortable. On the other hand it's not a typically Family-Hotel. The staff/service could be better. Every time we had a wish (pls put some extra towels etc.) we had to call... More
