I've been coming to this hotel since the opening, and I am still a regular. The rooms are very comfortable and quite big. The small studio is fine already, but the medium is even better (larger bed, 160 cm wide instead of 140 in small studio). Some rooms even have a roof terrace. The Internet is pretty good at the...

Positives: My husband and I stayed there four nights from Jun 9th to Jun 13th. Nice and helpful staff. Very large studio and well decorated with twin beds (firm comfortable mattresses). ( I saw in another room that the double bed is narrow). Shutters on the windows. It was good because there is an office building across the street. We...

The Sky Hotel apartments is located about half hour from Stockholm down town centre. The nearest metro station is only about 5 minutes walk. It this provides ease of connectivity to tourists. The rooms are spacious and bath rooms well kept. The hotel also provides break fast and the spread is good. The staff of the hotel is courteous and...

This was our first visit in Stockholm and our first weekend after wedding. In reservation we write information about it, but nobody care about it. I work in hotel and I know that good quality hotels care about birthdays and honymoonders. Room was nice and clean, service was ONLY ONE TIME PER WEEK and if you want more towels you...

We stayed for three nights and thought the hotel really good value. The location isn't right in the centre of stockholm but is easily reached by metro and bus and there is an airport bus stop about 10min walk from the hotel (the airport bus is cheaper if you buy tickets online rather that from the machine/driver). The rooms themselves...

We booked an airbnb for extremely cheap, found it inhospitable and moved here the next morning. They got us a room within 3 hours of booking, were kind, gave us plenty of information, and saved us from more sleepless nights. Breakfast is delicious, wifi worked perfectly, kitchen is small and functional. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower...

Location is easy to get to- bus every 10mins. Room clean and functional. Reception team have been very helpful and friendly which as made it much easier as I have experienced a couple of challenges and was travelling alone. I enjoyed breakfast but who doesn't enjoy pate and cheese to start the day! Would happily stay again.

Four of us shared an apartment room here in July. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about transportation options, sites and general information. The room was spotless, quiet and breakfast had many options. Good location in terms of metro use...very quiet. We were impressed and highly recommend!

The room we had was barely larger than a travelodge room, but the big plus was the kitchenette. This saved us a lot of expense as Stockholm is not the cheapest place to visit. There is a Maxi supermarket a short walk away where you can stock up on supplies. The room was well decorated and clean. And had a...

Staying in Kungsholmen

Neighbourhood Profile
Kungsholmen
Kungsholmen is one of the largest islands in central Stockholm and one of the most popular places to live. Its most famous attraction is Stockholm’s City Hall, which stands out with its monumental architecture and is one of the most photographed buildings in Sweden. Kungsholmen has its own little city center and shopping mall, its own beach and a lovely pedestrian area next to the water, which charms both locals and visitors with beautiful little cafés, restaurants and of course an awesome view. This neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed stroll followed by some coffee on a Sunday afternoon.
