Great staff, great location, well maintained. Breakfast is very good. If you are staying near the train station this is the place to stay as it is easy to get to old town, pedestrian shopping mall, vasa, etc
Well located hotel with plenty of character (love the lift!) and reasonably sized comfortable rooms. Receptionist was very welcoming. Breakfast in the fish restaurant next door was very good (and wasn't just fish).
Centrally located 5 min walk to city center (Sergel) and many public transportation ways to go anywhere. The room was spacious enough including desk for working with laptop, very nice bathroom - wardrobe though too small.
