I reservated this hotel with email straight to the hotel and received good rate =) It was in perfect location with walking distance to everywhere. Our room was spacious and had nice view to church. Hotel was clean and silent at the time, and the staff was very friendly. Also the breakfast was really good. I did not expect a...

I have stayed several times at this hotel. It is at a great location and usually very cheap (but for a reason). The staff is friendly and nice. Positive: free wireless and good breakfast Negative: the cleanliness varies a lot, the rooms are shabby, the elevator is so old-fashioned that I use the stairs instead. In Stockholm, there are many...

This hotel was very nice with wonderful staff that gave us a map and told us places we should visit. They were also very helpful with requests. The room was a bit small when you tried to fit 3 people in it with 3 large backpacks but really it was just a place to sleep so it wasnt a huge...

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The check in process was fast and corteous. The hotel is what you are paying for. The hotel is situated in a mid century bulding so there are details that need to be refurbished, e.g. electric wire, water pipes, and lifts, BUT you are paying for that! The beds, towels, sheets, TV...

I did a comparison of the all the Best Western Hotels in Stockholm reading all the reviews posted on tripadvisor. The KOM Hotel seemed the “least worst” of the whole bunch so I booked it for 1 night based on the other (mostly positive) reviews posted here. Unfortunately, I have to disagree with the majority here. Despite most things being...

I stayed here a few years ago. We had booked a twin room but the room we got had 3 bunk beds in it and was very small. On the other hand, we paid a very low price. The hotel was just a 10 min walk from the central station. Very basic but all in all good value for money.

Booked this hotel via the Internet and with only a few pictures we weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly suprised when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the room was nice but a bit small once the sofa bed was up. It was very hot and difficult to get air into the room as there...

Found the hotel to be clean, rooms spacious enough and location to be ok as well (about 10-15 minutes walk from central station or 3 minutes from subway). Service at check-in/check-out was smooth and all information about late check-in were provided. Breakfast room a bit too crowded, which resulted in quite a line at the buffet, but that was not...

I am quite satisfied about my 3-night stay. But as all hotels, the Best Western Kom hotel has pros and cons. For a three-star hotel in Stockholm at an acceptable location, I had a great price (the Best Western Saver rate: 126 euros per night in June while there where several events in the city, as the Volvo Ocean Race...
